The Study Trick that made me a topper in my school.

Imagine that your exams are approaching in a few days and you don't have any time to make any sort of notes.

Then follow this trick,

Whenever you finish reading a paragraph of any chapter of your subject, you will make a list of questions based on that paragraph (remember to frame them like an examiner). And beside those questions write the page number of the answer. In that way, you are making notes of questions while studying. And during the revision session you don't have to re-read the entire chapter, you will refer to the notes of your questions.

I took up a research assistant post late last year, and it has its own perks. The minor downside sometimes is that I have to do some editing work during the weekend but fortunately, quite manageable.

Received the cutest and most lovely-looking cup with a saucer for my birthday. I love iiiiitttt. I get to drink my morning cuppa coffee with these. ✿

#30 nym [ 30 day new year momentum challenge by @birdbrainstudies ]

My Study Area

The first pic is what it looks before a session and the second one is what it looks after some hours .

My motto for my study area is to have as much convenience as possible . I like my things within a hand's reach .

The major part of my study is my study table . I really love it . It has a huge area and is movable . I get bored easily so having a movable study table really helps . I sometimes shift it to my bed when I don't have the chair energy .

I also really like my lamp . Its specially useful when I really want the background to blur and just concentrate on my books . Also sometimes my eyes cant bear the brightness of a tube light so having a lamp which doesn't glare at me really helps .

The candle is my new whim - whim of the month .I get very easily completely engrossed by new stuff pretty easily . Earlier I used to ignore it but these days I just go with the flow . I try not to resist stuff which I really like , keeps life easy .

Also op I am really thrilled with the idea of this 30nym challenge .

My main goal for this 30nym challenge

It would be to use it to get to know more about other students and their study habits & motivations . Also use my free time to actually do something fun .

Dare to live the life you have dreamed for yourself. Go forward and make your dreams come true.

If I put up bollywood actresses photos over here, that means I had a full bollywood session instead of practicing my adavus like I should have. But it's also good to deviate a bit.

Missed doing GOC 10 questions but will do that the next day now.

Anyway I was able to do most of the things today and scored good in the tests too. They were very easy chapters though.

I have been waking up consistently early nowadays. 7am-ish is still early tho right? Started my day today with a nice walk in the rain (felt absolute invigorating and vivifying!). Then I made myself a cup of cold white coffee with Ethiopian beans and it tastes of sweet goodness of nectar. And now, I am listening to Stuff About Things: An Art History Podcast on the Shroud of Turin. An interesting listen for a skeptic and curious mind such as myself.

Currently still working on my data analysis for chap 4. It is... going, albeit, at a dreadfully snail pace. It is taking so long because of the painstaking process due to the motifs’ meticulous details, and not to mention, my agonising OCD to ensure everything LOOKS RIGHT.
