Half a cup of 0% milk
Half a cup of oats cooked in 1 cup of the same milk but i accidentally ruined some of it so idk the new measurements. YOLO. There’s cinnamon, hickory maple syrup (maybe a tsp or 1.5 tsp?), a tsp of peanut butter, and some almond + vanilla extract.
First time trying oatmeal in years. I LOVE IT.
