Hey yall. If you've already seen my previous post, you'll know that I've already got a slightly upset gut. However! It's calmed down now to just a dull ache and we can't have that.
So I'm opening up my asks again. For the next 12 hours, whatever yall suggest I do to my gut I will do until I can't take anymore

Today I was home alone, so I decided to wake up early and stuff myself with pancakes :3
Unfortunately I couldn’t do as many pancakes as I wanted as I did want to be reasonable here, because I don’t live alone all the time, unfortunately >_<
To compensate though, I thought of swallowing air later >:3
And so…I started eating 😄
After finishing the bunch of pancakes, I felt…overly full, but not stuffed. So, it was time to swallow air :3
After swallowing air…oooh boy. I couldn’t swallow any more 😵‍💫

If you are looking foods to upset your stomach, I looked it up and here are my results.
Spicy, greasy, or fatty foods
Foods high in fiber, like raw vegetables and whole grains
Foods high in fat, like fried foods and ice cream
Acidic fruits like oranges, lemons, and limes
Foods high in sugar, like dried fruits, high-fat dressings, and sauces
Belly inventory:
- 30 sugar free gummies (laxative effect)
-2 laxatives (dissolved) (laxative effect)
- 2 cups of apple juice (lower pH of stomach, acid reflux)
- a jar of pickles (+ juice) (lower pH of stomach)
- 5 spicy chicken fingers (spicy + greasy/fatty)
- 2 whole carrots (fibre)
- half a tub of chocolate icecream (sugar + fat)
- 8 dried organges (sugar)
Belly update:
Not doing so good... I feel really full in my upper stomach, I've defined eaten way too much. Not much going on in my lower stomach though. I don't think anything has left my stomach yet.
If yall have any ideas, you better get them in quick cause I'm not going to fit a hell of a lot more in here

I've seen a few posts this week about bellies in pretty dresses. Like going out to an event, a party, a gala all dressed up. Maybe wearing a tight red ball gown, walking around all evening drinking champagne and eating hors d'oeuvres. Slowly my belly starts bloating, getting rounder under the fabric. My partner looks the same once I run into her again in a less trafficked hallway. She comes up behind me and wraps her arms around me, dragging them down over my belly. With a tight squeeze a burp erupts from me. I cover my mouth, my cheeks flushing red with embarrassment.
"Look you stuffed you are," she says, her own bulging tummy pushing into my back. She jiggles my belly a bit, enough to shake another low burp loose.
"Excuse you," she teases once more. I turn around and meet her, our bellies touching. The pretty beading on her dress stretching mercilessly around her gut.
"You might want to lay off the champagne," I say, grabbing her side. She giggles and follows it with a closed mouth burp.
"I know," she says. *Hic - uurrppp* "God, I'm so gassy. Feel how full my tummy is." She moves my hand to the lower half of her belly. "It's so tight, baby."
"You're such a pig," I tease. "Stuffing your face like this. You're going to rip the seams on this dress."
*Buurrrrpppp* "I know, but it feels so good." She notices my glass of champagne full to the brim. "Why don't you finish this?"
"Now?"
"Yes," she says, guiding it to my lips and tipping it back. "The whole thing."
I swallow the bubbly liquid in two gulps, the carbonation mixing with everything in my belly. *Burrauuuuuppppppppp* "Fuck," I moan. "I don't know how much longer we can stay here. I'm going to stuff myself until I burst."
"I think you should. I want to feel how tight your belly can get. And when we get home later, I'll lay with you and help you rub out all your burps."
"Ughh - uurrrppppp - fuck, that sounds so good." Before I can speak, she presses her lips against mine, swallowing my next belch.
"Drink a few more glasses, baby. I'll find you later."

I had eaten cheese curds and breakfast, and was ready to take a walk and decided to swallow air along the way :3
I already felt full, a bit gurgly and bloated so why not I say?

I could barely bend down and it was a huge relief being able to deflate. Ugh. It’s so gurgly too

I really like the moment right after someone’s finished stuffing themselves when the fullness is most intense and they feel like they’re struggling to hold it all. The groaning/clutching their belly/squirming from the pressure. It’s all very good.
But I also really love what follows after. The heaviness and tenderness; the absolute necessity to be gentle with their swollen stomach as it works on everything they’ve stuffed down. Maybe holding there for a little extra support, moving carefully so the weight of all that food doesn’t churn too much. Rubbing big circles over the swell, keeping things settled and soothed to improve digestion.
mandatory self-care for a tummy that’s holding far more than it’s used to holding. just having to lean back and feel how much they’ve eaten, shifting and grumbling; all those little involuntary sounds.
