The queen -- for she was a queen, if in name alone -- had dropped her goblet when she'd heard, wine splashed to the floor, droplets like so many rubies on the polished stone. Rhaegar had called for her? A trick, it must have been a T R I C K. He was dead, wasn't he? Yet her men had no reason to lie. She gathered her guard -- quite the mismatched entourage -- and perched poised upon her throne in her thin dress and heavy gold. If this man was, as Daenerys believed, an imposter, she would burn him. She had to. No man fool enough -- cruel enough -- to pose as her dead brother, could be allowed to live. She'd let no one play her heart that way. She'd been betrayed before. If it was Rhaegar... If he really was... Daenerys wasn't sure what to do. Welcome him with open arms, her only kin? But then, if he were Viserys come again, where would that leave her? She was a dragon. A dragon and no man's slave. No, if this caller was truly her brother, Daenerys could not let herself go weak before him. She would propose an alliance. And he would support her claim or perish. She had no choice. 

The queen steeled herself when Missandei announced him and let a pleasant grin grace her lips. " Brother. I am glad to finally meet you. " If you are who you claim...
