“Yeah...” He started hesitantly, “is that a bad thing?” He chuckled, knowing she was referring to his height probably. “Yeah, you look fine, everything where it’s suppose to be.”

“So this might sound stupid. But how can you help people on wall street? Aren’t those guys kind of known as selfish money hungry? Or am I mistaken?

“It doesn’t sound stupid at all, they are all selfish money hungry. You’re not wrong. But it’s time to change that, we need younger, diverse people who look out for the people instead of making more money. What they fail to realize is, when you die, you don’t take any of that money with you so I don’t understand what the big deal about having so much is.”

“Yeah, Wall Street. It’s definitely I skilled I acquired from a very young age, you can thank my parents for it.”

“I doubt your parents would ever actually cut you off.  You’re their baby boy, they would not want you to go through life like the rest of us mortals. Thank you, though. I’m glad someone things what I do matters. The rest of this school seems to be annoyed with me. You and Ayla are the only two things keeping me from dropping out of this place and moving to a trailer park.“ Alicia said sulkily, laying down with her head on her friend’s lap. "Why are people assholes, Zander?”

“My parents are anything but predictable. Did something happen? Like I’d ever let you live in a trailer park, okay.” He grinned at his friend, “Who pissed you off?”

“I just want to let you know that the only reason why my parents haven’t cut me off completely is because all of that money is going to charity which looks good on my transcripts and resumes. So, thank you and you’re lucky my parents like you.”

Taking a seat beside her, he started apologizing again, catching himself before he said the words.“So-it’s a habit, sorry. Sorry.” He quickly stopped talking, shaking his head, “No, I’m not a jedi and I didn’t use the force.”
