That meant a lot to Bee, especially coming from Optimus.
Still, the yellow mech couldn't help but feel that it was impossible for him to actually be destined for greater things. He did the best he could, hell, most of the time he did the impossible . . . but there was still something in the back of his processor nagging that he needed to do better for everyone around him, especially for Optimus.

His speakers cut to static and he looked over to the other, hoping he understood what he meant despite the fact that Optimus always knew what he meant.

A sharp huff of air passed through the yellow mech's vents as he walked through the base. His doorwings were stiff and his optic were dark. At first glace he definitely seemed like he was angry, like something got under his plating. Bee didn't have it in himself to correct anyone, he was too tired. Whether he was assigned a mission or taking it upon himself to do recon, Bee knew he was over doing it.
In hindsight, he heard the silver mech, he heard the balloon when the mech caught it in his servos over and over again . . . he heard all of that before the other shouted at him . . . but somehow it still popped all over his plating causing Bee to stop in his tracks.
The flash of yellow was sudden as Bumblebee lunged at Sideswipe.
❝ Why I oughta ━ ❞ the audio clip was drowned in static when their frames collided. Whatever the other hit him with was seeping into his shoulder plating and neck cables. That only made Bee even more mad because now he had to wash it all off.

Boredom was never a good thing when it came to Sideswipe. That meant free time for his processor to think up of ways to cause mayhem around the base. Which would explain the flour/water filled weather balloon he had been casually throwing up and catching as he waited for his victim. It didn't take long before Sideswipe caught eye of an unsuspecting familiar yellow frame .
"Hey Bee! Catch!"
Oh course he would yell out those words after he threw the balloon. The last thing he wanted was for the scout to dodge.

So I found time for writing for literally A MOMENT and then I dropped off the face of the Earth. So the store manager we have went on maternity leave and the store manager we have now is scheduling us earlier, which means I'm off earlier!
I'm trying to get back to writing (I have some messages and threads I was working on) but I need to get used to waking up early and then also trying NOT to pass tf out as soon as I get home.

Blue optics shifted to the other mech but Bee kept his helm straight. He felt like maybe he stared too much . . . he was curious. They hadn't know the Maximals long but they'd been through a lot together. It was clear that they had more in common than they had thought . . . but Bee was still surprised when Cheetoer opened up to him.

The doorwings on his back shifted at the obvious comment and he rolled his optics. He didn’t know why she was telling him that since it was obvious but he didn’t comment on what she had said, instead he looked around before he propped his servos on his hips.

The medics words echoed in his helm as the yellow mech finally uncrossed his arms. To be honest, he wasn't going to meet up with her . . . nothing against her, Bee had just come back from a recon mission that was supposed to be easy. he loved the missions with bad intel where simple recon turned in to an all out battle.
It wasn't her . . . he was just tired. Despite that Bee had agreed to meet her so he planned on keeping his word.
The yellow mech got to the location and looked around before he spotted her.
