This will be my final post and I will not be answering asks from here on out. If you have any questions or concerns, please send them to [email protected].

We will not be selling leftover merch, zines, or pdfs at all. Regardless of what happens, we will not sell these things.

Missing PDFS: If you did not receive your pdf with your purchase, send an email to [email protected] with the subject “ATTN Sani” with a screenshot of your order. I will send you a copy.

A last update from what I’ve observed happening on the zine email account.

Ash’s family member was responding to some emails.

Ash responded to a couple of emails within the past week. They have not contacted me yet.

I don’t know and can’t deduce the reason why certain emails received responses.

Lots of emails have been opened/read but not responded to.

If you still have missing or damaged zines and merch, please know that I am deeply sorry that I can’t do more. Working on this project and all the contributors was wonderful in so many ways and it’s upsetting that it took the turn that it did towards the end.

Still waiting on an email response. At this point in time, should I have any other hope that someone will respond to me (or anyone having any issues) or is the only option to file a paypal dispute? Because I'm getting really desperate. Thanks.

I've tried to lay out the facts as plainly as possible so that everyone can make their own decisions and judgements. Based on my most recent update, do what you feel is best.

To Mod Sani--thank you so much for everything you've been doing to try and hold things together. I appreciate you trying to keep everyone informed with the project in Ash's absence. However, I'm a little concerned about where my funds actually went; did contributors get paid for anything yet? Or is Ash still holding the funds? I'm uncomfortable with the whole situation about my order has gone so far and would feel better if I knew you guys had been compensated for your work. Thank you!

Thank you!! Contributors did get paid (except one because of a PayPal situation, another thing I'm trying to get in touch with Ash about).

Updates 🔥❄️Jan 9, 2019

I will try to be as honest as I can in this post. For context: Ash is the main mod of this zine and has handled organizing, shipping, and finances. The other mods are two graphic designers, and myself who handles social media.

I haven't received contact from Ash in a few weeks. Because of this, I want to try to wrap up this project. I do not feel comfortable handling other people's money, therefore:

**We will not be selling pdfs.**

Since I have access to the email account, I can see that Ash hasn't responded anything recently, but I see that a member of their family has answered a couple of emails. Only a couple of emails though, and I don't know why they chose those specific ones. I will continue to try to reach Ash over the next few months, but unfortunately there isn't much else that I can do other than hope that they respond.

Damaged Merch

We've gotten lots of emails and messages about damaged merch. It seems that the charms were made in a way that makes them easy to break. This has to do with the acrylic material and the chain that is too big for it. This, combined with the packaging seems to have made many of the charms broken upon arrival. The broken charms themselves have also scratched some zines in the shipping process.

I have asked Ash if they have a plan to handle damaged merch and haven't gotten a response.

Some people have taken the charms and filed down the broken edges and used them as standees. Others have superglued them back together. Some have put it together with clear nailpolish and have ditched the chain it came with.

Tracking numbers

I have no access to tracking numbers at all, and can't look into your package or order. However, I can check to see if we've received your email.

If you have concerns about tracking numbers, damaged merch, or anything regarding your order, the only thing I can suggest is email [email protected]. As stated earlier, I will continue to attempt contact with Ash over the next few months to get some answers about orders.

For those who are concerned, I'm pretty sure Ash is okay, however it seems they are very preoccupied with things in their life right now.

Hi, I'm really sorry and I don't know how many people have sent in emails, but is there any way you could give the people waiting on them an ETA for response? I check daily for updates here and in my email. This is rapidly turning from an unfortunate experience into an awful one. If the mod handling emails and shipping is too busy with RL things, can someone else please step up and help out or take over? Not knowing what's going on with my order is stressing me out. Thanks

I totally understand your frustration.

Unfortunately, the other two mods are graphic designers and I do social media stuff only. I have access to the email account but since I don’t have access to the information that Ash does (like tracking numbers and order information) there’s nothing I can do. (I’m hoping that with the holidays over they will have a little more time to pay attention to this project.)

The only thing I can do at this point is let you know if we received your email. If you want to send an ask with your email address I can search for it and confirm that we received it by responding to that email.

So I know there's life stress but like, could one of the mods send us an email that just says something like "hey, we received your email and will get back to you as soon as we can" because I honestly can't be sure if my email went through, sometimes they dont and I just need to make sure the email got through, thank you! Sorry if it seems pushy, honestly I dont mind the wait, just wanna know you received the email

The mod in charge of shipping has been dealing with some life things, and they were unable to send out the tracking numbers. We understand that this was not what we originally promised and apologize. Hello! I have a question abt the merch preview updates that were posted. For the pins, I noticed there are some flaws on them that differ from the original design draft that was advertised. For the umbrella one, the umbrella pole is extended into his cheek... & for the flower one, all the flowers are red instead of following the design artwork for them to be red with white flowers too. I wanted to ask if these pin previews were proofs & that corrections will be made on the final versions?
