Academic Skills
1/ Wonderful communication skills (Confident and effective speaker):
Creating the right environment is the first way to gain the communication skills. To be done, I had to choose the right time for an open conversation in any topic, which it is essential others are willing to receive and listen information given correctly, and discuss their desires to have the full understanding. At the primary time, removal of external influences such as closure and electronic devices is required to keep me focusing on person’s talk. Lastly, in my opinion, organising my thoughts before starting talking to pay attention to what information that I need to understand well and being away from distracting myself.
To communicate well, observance of body languages is needed to give me full attention, which includes eye interlocutors that gives an impression of interest to others and trust. In other words, listen to others well during their presentation or speak to understand the point of view they want me to do, which I must respond right with the concern of my information and knowledge provided.
Example:

2/ Capacity to research (Quick researcher):
Research skill is an important part of academic understanding that researchers do an analysis of all information given in different areas of interest or study. In practices, it is necessary to keep exercising my research skills permanently after complete learning my study or training matters directly.
While doing my bachelor at Northumbria University, my research skills improved to search and find different sources and information by using multiple methods in different writing styles.  
Scientific research importance:
1-   I improved my research skills where I now can rely upon myself by doing information I need easily.
2-   I am able to do my research and find out what I am looking for by reading, investigation and asking experts in my area to gain information I need.
3-   Scientific research helps me to specialise in particular fields.
4-   I am aware of how to structure my behavioural thinking.
3/ Organizational skills (Ability to re-structure in efficient manner):
Time management and productivity become the basis for continuing the effective achievement of my goals. as my understanding of time management, I always to keep myself within the deadline to suffer greatly form time management. However, the late process can surely affect me to finish what I spouse to do on time. Difficult task will slow me down a little bit to achieve the deadline. In this case, a proper planning is the best methods to finish challenge tasks on time and, besides, using dairy is my favourite way to possess me during task works.  
The common problem I faced is the late process that I had to reschedule all my plans to complete works needed. As result of the late process, most of the time management will not work with me if the organising skills are still waked in me, which I have tried much time to develop my skills to avoid any delays work. In the basics of organisation skills, I can say that there are some missing of work plan requirements and these missing still undeveloped, the need for new methods to resolve this issues in my skills.

4/ Relationship construction (Firm and friendly):
Relationship creation is the most matter that I want to be in my nature, which I prefer to build the friendship. A good relationship has many benefits that I have from being improving building relationships with others such as new friends and colleague. The family ship is the most important to any person to enjoy the life, where I always keep my family as the first matter where they are the support of me to success in my life. The similarity between family relationship and friendship is they always want to keep me as the best in achieving my goals. however, facing bad experience of friendship would not effect on me of finding and build the relationship between others, which I learnt to nonstop from any habits I am sure it is right.    
Working with others nicely and gain the friendship between all employees without any feelings of pride or arrogance. Also, to collaborate and help others are significant to deliver works sufficiently.
5/ Teamwork (Very flexible with people):
Collaborative working within a group is known as the most creative to any member in teamwork. Actions and collaboration with other group members will lead me to present my leading ability, the decision made and gaining different ideas. Regarding teamwork role, I can explain myself as a plant which has the creativity and free-thinking and generating ideas; also, problem solved that I can deal with challenge tasks and problems. Moreover, the most influential personality, which I have, is to cooperate with other team members in any decisions and opinions happened to achieve a difficult situation. At the primary time, the need of having good creative skills, which I do, will help to pass difficult issues with the team. However, sometimes there is an enemy afraid to step towards the cooperative and agree upon people as it might be challenging to defeat them.

Customer service knows as the set of practice that aims at enhancing the level of customer satisfaction. I believe that customer service is the sense that service or product I produce should receive the satisfaction of the customers. That means my process needs to have the clear expectation of customer needs to meet the high quality of customers’ satisfaction in providing services and products.
The importance of customer service is related to product type provided to customers, for example, I serve customer not just provide the services needed, but I try to offer other goods to them that gives them the choices to decide before they agree in one service. In this case, I can help the customer as much as I can. However, some customers may feel that I am trying to make them spend much money or trying to change their opinions. As a result of this situation, I will give customers much time to think clearly about service or products I offered to other people to ensure that to them I am trying to meet their satisfaction.

Academic Profile
 Demonstrate effective independent learning strategies in academic contexts.
·         How  I  manage my learning.
I manage my learning by making a timetable and putting my aims inside of them, measuring the aims and how long it would take. This gives me a clear and transparent way to see how my progress is and to have the ability to try and beat my targets as I am achieving them within the timetable that I have. By making different targets for learning with different deadlines, I am able to navigate through the different weeks knowing what I have to do for each day in order to be able to learn within the time that I have available.
·         Difficult circumstances in which I find it difficult to learn. 
Sometimes I find it difficult within to do the group work because there are new people and also working with them can cause some stress or nerves however I focus on the social events outside of my learning environment to help me become more confident. There are not many issues with noisy environments, that is not usually an issue, sometimes if the environment is messy, I like to stop and organise everything and clean so that I can continue in a nice environment and that helps me to make more progress.
·         Effective learning experiences.
There are circumstances where my learning is most effective in class, they are when I am feeling relaxed and also there is a very good teacher which is really inspiring and interesting that has clear and efficient communication which is easy to take in and impressive on the mind. The time of the day does not necessarily impact as much as other elements such as making sure I eat and drink enough before the class to be fully focused and not have any other needs for the time. When focusing on the retention of information, I like to watch something of high interest, by watching it then I like to have a pen and paper and make those notes for me to easy review later.

Past, Present, Future
Past
From 2015 to 2017, I was doing my undergraduate degree in Accounting at Northumbria University in Newcastle upon Tyne. The direction that the BSc Accounting was with regards to enabling my knowledge for the subject, though also enabling the way that the theoretical side to the subject, which enabled through the way that the course was taught. Within the confines of the course, however, there was also related to the way that the theory was applied, but also with consideration to the practical side and element of the subject.
Applied Business Ethics module allowed for the development of thinking, application, and knowledge, of which there is a relation to the way that I can continue to develop my knowledge of the subject. The course offered a foundation of knowledge which I am also looking to further address with further learning, although this was the beginning of my time learning. This course required to identify an ethical dilemma in a business situation, then allowed me to present some ethical solutions to its dilemma.
The BSc assignment allowed me to develop my thinking and theoretical skills within the boundaries of the research, developing through practice and experience, something which I have not had the opportunity to learn before. This experience has pushed me to learn, it has pushed me to want to better myself and has allowed me to also take control of my learning, as well as benefitting from the learning opportunity through BSc Accounting. However, the contents of my assignment were divided into two parts, which they are; part A was about ethical dilemma essay and part B required to provide a portfolio of evidence contents. Moreover, in part A, I had to write 1500 words to descript an ethical dilemma that was relevant to my intended area of future employment. This part also asked to justify the ethical dilemma in a business situation that I described in my research with some solution proposed to this dilemma. Part B, a portfolio of the module engagement activity that included learning opportunities, which divided into three main points, which they are; (1) the ethical leadership debate, (2) the seminar case and (3) interpersonal and team-working skills.
I enjoyed the collaboration of the BSc from my previous education, as a way to expand on my existing knowledge, though putting this into perspective for the benefit of my future career and opportunities. BSc Accounting was a massive opportunity for me to learn from my teachers, my colleagues and myself for the subject and also for myself.
Present
Following from BSc Accounting, in the present I am studying a master’s foundation programme at Sunderland University, which is also setting me for the next stages, although this is bridging between the learning that I have already done and the learning that I still have to do. This research project is an opportunity for me to learn about the subject more deeply, but also allows me to set out guidelines, of which I then follow. This is bringing theory and practice together for the benefit of the research project, but also enabling me to follow through with the investigation.
The pre-master research project is enabling me to connect theory and practice for the benefit of my past experiences, but also for my future experiences, with the way that I am applying myself to direct my knowledge, experience, and education.
The research project is helping to direct my efforts, but to also take responsibility for my learning, referring to the opportunity that I have in this study and in the future to benefit my education and my future career goals.
The learning opportunity that I currently have in the research project looks at the way that the research is to be progressed further, with insight into the way that the topic can provide answers to the research questions initially set. While there is much that can be learnt about the subject and there will be a lot to learn, there is also an element of what I am learning about myself. With the application, there is the insight into the way that the research project is preparing me for my future roles.
Future
Studying master degree is one of the most significant goal that I am looking for in future. The future research is with attention to Project Management at Northumbria, being a highly respected university for study and project management being a subject that can merge the learning I have done in the past to ensure my potential for a career in this area.
MSc Project management is to cover the assessment of project feasibility, risk management and group work with others, and project portfolio development. In this course, students will have a great chance to meet the requirement of the Association for Project Management (APM) that is the UK’s most significant professional body for project managers.
Looking at the future of my learning addresses the ways that I have already looked into my learning opportunities, as well as the way that I wish to apply myself. Project management is a subject that needs the application, not only of theory, but of the knowledge and management from the individual, being able to deliver, something which I am continuing to learn through my experiences, and look forward to continuing at Northumbria.
 The course is a one-year programme that starts in September, which has six modules to achieve and have the master degree to be a project manager. In other words, high qualificators are in to deliver this course and help gaining the requirement to be suitable for working environment, project management and techniques needed to start my career.    
Furthermore, with insight into what project management is and how this is relating to my past, my present and my future, there is the connection to the planning, controlling and execution of the role that I am planning now for my future. Project management is about being able to achieve goals that meet specific requirements at a specified time, which also reflects on my education and my learning so far.
Project management at Northumbria will be able to not only offer further learning but will also be a guide to fulfil my ongoing role.
