Don’t force yourself to think so much, maybe you need to focus on the experiences life can grant you. Good experiences. Go to a tavern and ask for a nice drink, feel the taste of it and cherish it. Or observe humans acting the way they are, dressing beautiful clothes and hoping that someone will compliment them that night. These are things that change your perspective of life completely.

If the routine is lifeless, then create life out of it. Let your grief and pain become fuel to express them. Try to learn things you may like, cooking, knitting, singing; there are many things to experience.

You are not alone, my dear. I love you. I miss you. And I care about you. Create comfort within yourself, making you your safest place to rest your concerns.

I am feeling depressed. Not that I usually am not, but it feels deeper today. The music boxes which soothes me now make me cry. The writing feels sloppy and unthoughtful. What is wrong with me? Why am I doomed to live like this? Who am I? When I look in the mirror, there is none to be seen. Am I real? Do I feel? Do my tears matter?

My bed seems comforting, but comfort is an emotion I lost with my humanity. I will never be part of this world. I am a mistake that someone made, terribly done.

What am I supposed to do? Keep this lifeless routine? It seems fitting for a lifeless being like me, however, no one should deserve to live this. Perhaps I deserve it. Perhaps only I deserve it.

Went to a lovely date with Malik! Vitor gave me a chance and revived me, and I couldn’t miss this opportunity. We went to a cemetery and a nearby garden, they seemed a bit timid, but I understand their concerns. Memory loss is not an easy thing. I am concerned about them, though, they seemed skinnier and more exhausted. Thank goodness I’m back for them. I shall do my best to conquer their heart back. I shall update more about our journey!

Of course! Well, the first important thing about becoming a vampire is knowing what happens with your body the second you awaken.

You will feel many differences throughout the days: You’ll feel the merging of your humanity with your vampirism, your eyes and/or hair color may change, your physique changes both internally and externally. Do not frighten! It is completely normal. Your fangs may grow a few days later, and during that period your body won’t need blood yet. Don’t worry about finding blood quickly. Please note that for about a month you will still be going through transformations, so it will be normal if you feel more tired, or more stressed than normal sometimes.

Your vampiric skills shall work properly once the basic transformation is done. These skills are becoming a bat (which you have your own species!), changing emotions when having a strong feeling, sensitive ears capable of listening even the quietest sounds, and many more. I’d recommend for you to ask for help to a senior vampire when trying these skills, as sometimes it may be difficult to execute them. Also note that some may be painful.

Becoming a newborn vampire also needs you to understand your limits. You can’t starve for long, or your sanity will vain and your body will unconsciously look for blood, and this may a threat to you as any human can find you and trap you during this state. You can’t stay under the sun for too long, you will get burnt severely. Your regeneration depends on how healthy you are as a vampire. If you lack nutrients, it may take longer to regenerate some wounds. But if you are healthy, then you won’t even feel the pain from it. As a vampire you can only die beheaded, burnt, or stabbed in the heart/loss of the heart. Don’t worry if you get hurt in the brain, your body will regenerate it perfectly like before.

Besides all of these facts about the first things you may face as a vampire, you also need to take care socially. Some vampires may not be as friendly, and will look at you like an opponent when hunting for blood. And some humans may wish for your death if you are discovered to be the cause of so many murders. Please take care.

When taking care of corpses, every vampire has its own way to deal with it. Some bury, others burn, others leave it behind. You decide what’s best.
