I've been working full time for nine months now, and although it started out seeming like a dream job, I now realise just how manipulative the workplace is. It's not normal to have your boss keep everyone there till almost midnight because he wants to discuss matters - because we're a "family". It's not normal, and poor management, to have your boss tell the warehouse boys that they're shit at the most simple jobs, that they’re scum and that they'll never amount to anything because they're stupid human beings. It's not normal that he thinks it's okay for us to come to work the next day after working a week straight till 3am. It's not normal to him to manipulate everyone into thinking they owe him. It’s terrible that everyone went on a work trip and left me in charge when they’ve not trained me for it. And it's definitely not normal to have to clean up bottles of pee in the morning because he's too lazy to walking to the toilet when he's watching a movie to "research" the night before.

I hate how sucked into this place I am.  I'm starting to have anxiety before I go to work, and cry before I go to bed. I really hate it. And I miss my mum.
