I really like the instrument parts of both of these songs, just something about the like. all of it. that scratches my brain. Its kinda like when you see a cool rock and wanna eat it but with music and you actually do get to eat it (by eat it i mean listen to it really loud). Idk that analogy probably doesnt make sense.

Anyways. Definitely a good soundtrack to driving through a really has-a-lot-of-neon-lignts, high tech city at night.

His name is Blue (short for bluescreen)

He is essentially an overly advanced AI that got put into a body

His face is a screen, but it doesn't work. Sometimes if the conversation really needs him to make facial expressions he smacks the face screen until it turns on. When it is on it's really glitchy and buffers. He is too lazy to fix this. Sometimes his entire body glitches, and when this happens (especially if he was talking) a random song will start playing from his speakers.

He can still see and talk just fine without a working face screen.

Whenever he draws things on paper it looks AI generated, but the longer he exists outside of a computer the more realistic it gets, because he learns how things actually work and move.

He is fully sentient and is slowly becoming cabable of human emotions. The longer he exists the more of his own person he becomes, and sometimes rewrites his own codes subconsciously.

He does not know what creature he is supposed to be, and he doesnt really care.

I had to put a layer of paint (i dont have any clear coat spray) over it so the small details wouldnt chip off as easily but i still love it

I really like how sleep tokens first ep, One, has a song called When the Bough Breaks, and then in TMBTE near the end of Euclid one of the lines is "this bough has broken through". I know TMBTE is the end of a trilogy and Euclid is essentially the true end to said trilogy, which has been explained already so im not gonna go into detail. But i think that line really solidifies the meaning. And When the Bough Breaks seems like struggling to hold together something that should have fallen apart by now, like a relationship. Especially with the line "i know for the last time//you will not be mine" in Euclid.

I think i figured it out. This song feels, to me, like trying to reach out and find help in people that dont want to help. And trying over and over and over until you finally realize that they arent here for you. They dont care about you. And thats ok, because youve changed and they havent and now you dont need to rely on them anymore. This probably isnt the original meaning of the song, just what it means to me personally.

I do not know how to accurately describe how much i love this song but it just hits all of the feelings ive buried in the right way and i genuinely love that and i think more people need to know about the existence of this song (and sleep token in general too literally all their songs are amazing)
