Tashi was hurt when Art told her that Patrick wasn't in love with her, I mean, she was angry but because she was hurt.

Patrick and Tashi doesn't like each other??, did we saw the same movie? They fall apart because she blame him for injury and she resents him for that, if anything, Tashi loved Patrick more that she ever loved Art.

and Tashi didn't came from a wealthy family, Patrick and Art did.

no because patrick and tashi saw each other as equals in a way they NEVER saw art. they both have wealthy family (though patrick is estranged from his) and are tennis prodigies. and most of all they are people who obfuscate and hide what they really think and want. art isn’t like them and they know it— he’s desperate and has to work hard at tennis and, though he tries sometimes to manipulate them, he is BAD at it. patrick and tashi fall apart because, fundamentally, they don’t like each other that much, even though they’re “on the level” with each other. NOT because art masterminded it. but here’s the thing: even though they both saw art as beneath them, they LIKE him better. art is the one they both want to be with. and in a way THEY are The Challengers, not patrick and art.

it’s just awesome because art is more in love with tashi than he is with patrick but tashi is more in love with patrick than she is with art but patrick is more in love with art than he is with tashi. and crucially tashi loves tennis a million times more than she loves either of those men.

I hate how everyone is putting Art being the only center of the group, like she suppost to be the the glue that holds the trio together

Yeah, Tashi & Patrick have their little dynamics that involve Art, but also have one that don't involve him

They have a sexual attraction, they have a push & pull dynamic, feeling for each other that doesn't have anything to do with Art.

Like there is a part of the relationship between Art & Patrick that is not about Tashi.

I even see people refusing to think that Patrick love Tashi or vice versa

Tashi's true love is Tennis but the closest she's came to love someone is Patrick but she needs Art.

Art worship Tashi but he need Patrick

that's why this a perfect THROUPLE

I watched Challengers on Saturday, I haven't stopped thinking about that movie for almost 3 days.

The movie is consuming my life

genuinely one of the worst things that’s happened to television in the last few years (exacerbated by streaming services) is death of Filler. going from 20 episodes to 8 because “we didn’t really need that episode where the main characters went to the beach right? it had no long lasting effect” but we DID!!! we needed to see how they act without the Big Bad Plot and to establish the dynamics between the characters and lay in the sun (do they forget sunscreen? how do they react to a thieving seagull? do they get buried in the sand or do they do the burying?). the plot isn’t everything. the action doesn’t hit as hard without the quiet moments. give us character development and our little scenes back
