Just your local gremlin child doing gremlin things

Here’s a semi-messy sketch of another strange winged-cat thing :) this gremlin might become a comfort character at this rate, haha

Decided to mess around with colors and was suddenly struck with the need to make a flying cat-thing based off of a violet-backed starling

[ID: A weird little cat-like creature with front paws resembling a cat’s and back feet resembling some sort of bird’s is drawn in a semi-realistic style, standing and facing to the left. Its tail is raised in a swoosh and ends in a purple-blue plume of hair, and a similarly-colored mohawk goes from the creature’s upper forehead halfway down the back of its neck. Deep blue wings with hints of purple are folded down at its sides, and some of the larger feathers overlap over its back. The creature’s fur along its forehead, nose, ears, back, tail, and upper parts of its legs is black, and the rest is a bright white - overall resembling a tuxedo cat. It stands at attention with bright yellow eyes and heavily dilated pupils that speak of chaos, and a small blep of a forked tongue can be seen peeking out of its tiny mouth. End ID.]

Some color+brush experiments to start off the week - featuring a sort-of Zuko, because why not?
