Today's inspiration
A quote from Daryn, a yoga teacher teaching at the studio where I have been practicing:
"There was nowhere to go as such and so the usual distractions of life were not as present as they might usually appear. Once an acceptance had arisen as to my external conditions, I was able to experience deeper levels on meditative concentration and, as a result, a noticeable evolution in my practice at that time."
"In that context we can see that weather or seasons are just another area where we resist the present moment based on how we think things should be - it’s amusing in England how much people complain about the weather even though its pretty much the same every year! We feel that unless it’s sunny and warm perhaps we can’t be as bright, balanced and upbeat as usual. But in reality we can’t sustain these states all year around."
"When we become accepting of the seasons and realise that they too offer us an opportunity to flow with rather than resist them, something can shift within. For many of us winter can signal a time when we go out less and thus have less things to distract us from the realities we have perhaps been avoiding during the summer months. We can take this time as an opportunity to reflect, to practice, to be close to loved ones and to slow down. If we look at nature we see that this is what many animals and plants do at this time of the year. A time to lay low, to restore energy and to take some well needed time to balance."
"This is particularly relevant during the festive season when many of us have a multitude of expectations for how things should be, and there appears to be so much pressure on us to deliver, or be part of a perfectly modelled occasion. When we realise for ourselves that the light within brings far more fulfilment and completeness to our lives than anything we can create externally it takes pressure of us to make everything ‘perfect’ externally. We must ask if external perfection is ever even possible. By releasing that pressure we may find we are more present and able to offer love, kindness and compassion to those around us thus enhancing our communal wellbeing at this time of year."

A&R and Music Producer
(When you achieve that kind of success without a strategy, it is called LUCKY, meaning it is unstable, but it works when you get really lucky.)
I start getting it.
Those songs you love: Russian Roulette, Electric Shock, Ice Cream Cake, Red Light.
Those songs are literally, literally results coming out from A&R sourcing good music from music producers. There is no sort to speak "long-term relationships."
It is just an once in a blue moon occasion, where the A&R found out, "oh, this music sits in the kind of music I look for," so I want to find the music producers and use it.
That is for the most cases. And those are not even the most admirable thing.
But you also see music producers or production duo like: Moonshine, LDN Noise, Moa "Cazzi Opeia" Carlebecker, LYRE, monotree.
These are people who stay in the business. I am thinking what is it that is making them to be able to stay?
Build relevant connections (producers who produce in the same genre of music as you, producers who share a similar music tastes as you).
Mutual respect and good work.
FIND THE RIGHT PLACE (PERSON) TO DO THE RIGHT THING).
