Faerie Forest: Moss Imp 2
Moss Mites reproduce by budding/fission - once an individual grows large enough, it splits into two roughly equal sized individuals. Rarely, instead of budding, they will continue to grow into a Moss Imp instead. Some Moss Imps continue to grow into larger creatures that often mimic animal and humanoid shapes. Giant Moss Mites that continue to grow without dividing or growing into an Imp are often called Wandering Hills.
