Some of the contradictions in the MCGA books
I've mentioned this one before, but Magnus notably has a phone in HoT and doesn't have one in SotD— and suggests that he never did
Magnus mentions that his physical scars disappeared when he came to Valhalla. But he also describes a scar TJ got while he was alive— a musketball nick
This one isn't necessarily a contradiction, but it doesn't make sense that Halfborn and Alex kept their tattoos when they came to Valhalla. Does it not count as a scar since it was self-inflicted and invited? Because it's emotionally significant? It's never explained.
When Amir sees Magnus for the first time after learning about Samirah's other life, he immediently calls him "Magnus," despite having always called him "Jimmy." Maybe Samirah told him that was Magnus's real name, but a) that's never established, and b) a few months later, in SotD, Amir still struggles to call Magnus by his name.
