my fiction also goes that oot>tp>botw are an ancestral line of links lmao idk i just like to make sense of it all why botw link is able to call upon wolf link as a guide... and why does oot link teach tp link his moves too, like an heir... and i know it can also just be interpreted as ~spiritual successor but its my monster factory no rules just right.. so they are all just grandpas through time... botw link is probably the last of their line tho... he got to be the chosen one TWICE his times up.

it also does make me wonder what botw link presents in terms of the whole line of divine reincarnation lore... one is born every 100 years... however, botw link never actually died... and has outlived those 100 years, still holding the blade... so perhaps it threw a wrench in the line... things to wonder.
