These days, my love towards Himetan won’t stop. I’m talking love. I want to do a sleepover soon, Meechan! I’m planning on sending mails about Meechan on mobame, Meechan! I was really happy about our gravure for G the Television! Meechan was kyoot! It’d be nice if the two of us could do something together again! Because of this and that, me and Ami have been laughing nonstop for a while now lol. When it comes to Ami, we usually discuss serious stuff, but it’s fun to just play around every now and then too, haha. By the way, there’s no melon soda today so I’m drinking Ramune.. Asshun’s melon

For the 11th single I’ll participate in activities as part of the senbatsu

When the Under lives began, Unders started getting a more and more attention, which is something to be grateful for. Because of this everyone, me - A lot of things changed.

“The stratification in Nogizaka is pretty heavy huh” “The expression “Under” sucks right”

I thought about what all this means.

It’s a fact that the activities, as well as levels of media exposure of the senbatsu, Unders and the kenkyuusei are radically different.

But by doing the Under lives for a long period, even performing in a venue with the same capacity as that of the lives with did as the full group, I began seeing new hopes and possibilities.

At the same time, there was something about it that felt out of place.

I’m already prepared for the fact that I’m gonna get misunderstood, but everything from this point on will be strictly my own thoughts.

Saying the entire group gets stronger by the senbatsu and Unders (I am including the kenkyuusei here right now) stimulating each other through a friendly rivalry might be a bit idealistic

But during our most recent activities, I get the feeling it’s really turned out that way.

In order to make Unders bigger Because we wanted people to understand that there’s more to Nogizaka than just the senbatsu While I can’t speak for everyone individually, we Unders held feelings like that, and we worked desperately in order to not waste the chance we received with the Under lives.

We gave our everything for the Under lives. And that’s why everyone got so fired up about them Why a lot of people gave us their attention I think we created a wonderful thing.

The girls in the senbatsu witnessing and hearing about all this told us how they felt that we were getting dangerous. Things like “We can’t slack off either” That we were able to work so hard is partly because we were told things like this by them.

I think it was a very nice environment to be in.

But with my bad personality I couldn’t stop at that, and I began thinking about it even harder…

Let’s say the Unders went independent and they get ahead of the senbatsu, get more attention than the senbatsu. I think doing this with nothing but intentions like that to be somewhat wrong.

Of course, I do think believe holding feelings like that is valuable It’s very individual, but I do believe there are people who get a kick out of thinking about things like that.

But if you let it become the only thing you think about, haven’t you gone a bit too far?

In reality, I don’t know if everyone’s has these thoughts, but hearing the fans’ impressions of the lives at the handshake events, it felt like the amount of people who view the senbatsu and Unders as complete rivals were surprisingly many. Because of that, I even became unsure what to think myself.

More than I am Nogizaka46, I am myself And more than I am myself, I am Nogizaka46 I came to the realization, or how to put it, that whether it’s good or bad, Nogizaka46 is already a very big part of me. And I couldn’t overcome it.

Our album is on sale Even just in terms of the number, it feels like the 11th is the start of Nogizaka46’s second chapter. This is a very important time.

I wonder how much strength I am able to pull out from now on. Though it might be the wrong expression to use – I think of this my own individual battle.

I do of course also believe that as a group, we need to match our steps and face our goals together too.

Isn’t being the front of Unders better I’m happy you were chosen, but you won’t be able to appear in the Under lives so my feelings are complicated Even if you entered senbatsu, you’re not in the front… I do believe most people are thinking things like this.

Right now, I’m gonna forget about all of that. It’s exactly because I understand where those thoughts are coming from that I can’t let them get to me now.

Unders are getting stronger To be really straight about it, we’ve reach a state where anyone could be picked and it wouldn’t feel weird.

I don’t want to do this half-assedly. I do not know what I’ll be able to bring but… My first senbatsu in about a year.

I wonder if this single might even become my turning point. I honestly don’t know though, lol.

I am not exaggerating when I say that if all of you weren’t here Then neither would I be.

I would be happy if you kept staying by my side.

It’s scheduled to begin 20:30, but it depends on the soccer game so it’s not definite. Regardless make sure to check it…♪ It’s my first Music Station

The show will be held at Yoyogi National Gymnasium, and it scheduled to begin at 16:30.

This is the final time we’ll appear as this line-up.

What’s more, it’s really precious that Unders and the kenkyuusei are allowed to appear at a big, externally managed* event like this. (* As in, not managed by Nogizaka46 LLC, Sony, or any company with official ties to them)

We’re gonna do “that” song♡

I’m feeling really anxious though, so if you are able to, I’d like all of you to come..
