The first few times I entered the void state, I actually thought I had fallen asleep, only to realize Iā€™d actually been there. So, youā€™ll know once youā€™re there; and you wonā€™t have symptoms in the void. Remember, symptoms are just an indicator letting you know youā€™re correctly entering the void and a reminder to continue doing what youā€™re doing till youā€™re in the void state. Basically, when youā€™re in the void state, youā€™ll feel completely relaxed and at ease. Nothing will be in your way, youā€™re surrounded by pure nothingness. Just relax and affirm, your desires will manifest instantly in this state. "

" Before I knew about shifting and manifesting I used the void state for relaxation (of course, I didnā€™t know I was at that time). Now I use it for shifting and manifesting since itā€™s relaxing to me. I use theta waves personally to induce relaxation, Iā€™ll link my favorite theta waves track, I use musi to listen to them and they are absolutely wonderful! " Before I enter the void state, I typically take my nightly meds and take a nice bath (or shower). I donā€™t do anything fancy during my bath, I just listen to music and get cleaned up, then I dry off and get into bed. Again, until Iā€™m ready to enter the void state, I donā€™t really do anything meditation wise or really affirmation wise (other than my daily affirmations), I just relax. I really just take some me time, Iā€™ll watch some tv, maybe read something or play some video games, maybe script for fun, and get myself to a point where Iā€™m slightly sleepy. Once Iā€™m ready to get into the void state, I turn my TV off and make sure my room is completely dark. "
" I use theta waves (linked below) and play them using earbuds to induce a relaxed state for myself. Iā€™ll get into a comfortable position that I donā€™t need to move from and begin to affirm or visualize Iā€™m in the void state. Personally, I donā€™t focus on my breath at all thatā€™s always made me anxious. I find that causes me to hyper focus on my physical body, so I focus on my heartbeat and my affirmations. Personally, I do feel like Iā€™m floating/weightless when Iā€™m entering the void state, but I ignore any symptoms I feel as they cause me to hyper focus on my physical body, so Iā€™ll continue to affirm. Eventually (usually very quickly) Iā€™ll end up in the void, I wonā€™t hear the theta waves I played, see anything else, or feel anything, Iā€™m just awareness, so Iā€™ll affirm it sometimes even visualize, then when im ready, Iā€™ll affirm to come back to either my CR or my DR. I tend to make it pretty simple and easy, keeping the whole process relaxed fo myself! "

I donā€™t know how tumblr works so I apologise if this is the wrong thing to do, but I just wanted to let you know your Mike Wazowski challenge works so well for me. I didnā€™t exactly use it as intended, but it still worked so well. bcuz literally right after I saw it, I started getting all annoyed about entering the void and getting everything I wanted so easily. Like I really worked myself up into a state about it lmao.
I was trying to manifest that I didnā€™t have to go to school today (cuz Iā€™m lazy lol) and I was listening hemi-sync wave things bcuz they make it easier for my brain to shut down, and I managed to get my whole body numb, I just couldnā€™t fall asleep, so I kept on affirming I had my desires, (the main one being not having to go to school today) and about how mad it made me getting everything I wanted so easily, and then when I showed up for school today, it was literally closed and nobody was there šŸ’€
Like all the lights were off and the building was empty and I was just standing there like šŸ§ā€ā™€ļø
It turns out there was a inset day today, when I checked the school calendar yesterday, (and I check that thing frequently bcuz Iā€™m scared Iā€™m gonna show up on the wrong day or something) THERE WAS LITERALLY NO INSET DAY and when I checked it today there was!?
Anyway thank you the Mike Wasowski challenge is now my favourite thing, and now Iā€™m confident it works for me, Iā€™m gonna use it as it was intended and enter the void.

Hyy buddy! šŸ’— If I'm not wrong , that method is called Hemi syncing ? Anyways... this method used to be my fav one and it really is very effective , so here you GO :
Hemi Syncing To Enter The Void State
Hemi syncing is when we gain control of the right side of our brain. Now you might be thinking no way am I trying that it seems too hard and complicated. I did it on accident it's not that hard and if I can do it on accident you can do it on purpose
your left side of your brain is your logical thoughts. And you're right it's kind of like more imaginative. So...when you gain control of your right, the right side of your brain will believe anything to be true! When you gain control of your right side and start saying affirmations your brain automatically think it's true and will make u wake up/enter the void instantly
How to do it
All you have to do is stay in the same position for 15 to 20 minutes. you want your body to fall asleep but your mind to stay awake. During those 15 minutes I like to have a subliminal on and really just focus on the subliminal and nothing else because then my left side will get bored and turn to the right side to take in input. You will know that's happening because you will feel like you're floating! Once you feel like that start saying affirmations in your head like I'm the void , I'm in the void , I'm pure consciousness etc... It sounds really complicated but I promise it's not ā™”

Void Success story
So today i entered the void state at 3pm
I have tried every method and nearly every guided meditation
But i never tried the 10k affirmation challenge cause i was too lazy for it but i don't know why but I suddenly felt the urge to try it cause i read alot of success stories from it
So when i was in school i tried it and this are the affirmations
1). I always enter the void in 5 minutes
2). I enter the void state instantly and all the time
3). Entering the void state is the easiest thing for me cause i eneter it all the time
4). If i affirm something for once it gets multiplied by a billion times
I think i affirmed each of this for like 200 times and I also used the bracelet method with it
I got back from school at 2 pm and i watched the TV for 50 minutes than i suddenly remembered the 10k challenge i did and searched for a void state guided meditation

I actually entered the void state in less than 5 minutes cause i am sure that i was in the void for more than 15 minutes but i wasn't aware that i was in the void state so when i realized i got super excited and got kicked out of the void but i will try it again tomorrow and i will also try to be calm
How i did it
1. I played the guided meditation and set an intention of entering the void in 5 minutes
2. Rather than focusing on the meditation i was focusing on my breathing (i was just breathing normally) i wasn't taking some deep breaths cause they make me lose focus
3. I affirmed thaf i am in the void and i am void
4. I slowly started losing focus on my breathing and started thinking about random things
5. And boom i was in the void

As if your desired self were talking to you or you feel like you ARE her/him/them
And count
Up to a 100 or 500 it doesnā€™t matter
Them just keep doing that
Until you feel super zoned out and peaceful
Then just affirm using the affs I put above

Ive been dreaming of sharing this for so long, can't believe it finally came true šŸ˜­
All I've been doing is following along to your challenge and last night I woke up in hyonagogia and I affirmed to be in the void state and within 2 minutes I had entered the void state
I have entered the void state before but I wasn't aware but this time I was so I manifested a few things:
1. Graduate: I'm so tired of college and I'm barely a sophomore so I just manifested graduating this year
2. Desired appearance: Face, body, hair, etc
3. Living away from my family: Today I woke up to my friend telling me she found an apartment and if I was interested in splitting it
4. Be really good at my job: I cannot wait to go to work and show off how smart I am
5. Flexibility
6. Always wake up in the void state aware through simply intention

I procrastinated simply because I
Found comfort in being uncomfortable with my life
Depression other mental issues made me feel worse
And I thought thatā€™s what I had to settle for
I discovered the void, L.O.A etc
I figured finally I can make my life better
Truth is it wasnā€™t just laziness
I let the fear of failure get to me because I ā€œfailedā€ because
Genuinely speaking, only reason why I failed before was because I put power into the subliminals I was listening to and not realizing the reason you enter of donā€™t is not because of the sub

So I finally realized why I was procrastinating and immediately stopped it

How do you enter the void state?
the same way you do anything else regarding the law.
you assume youā€™ve already entered it, are a master at entering it, or are the void. you could even persist in the assumption that you wake up in the void every morning.
the void is simply a state of meditation, treat it like itā€™s simple to reach and it will be. take some deep breaths. let the world around you fall away, maybe listen to some theta or alpha waves while you do it.
or you could go a step further and focus on just having what you want in imagination and itā€™ll reflect out anyway.
either way donā€™t hope that the void will work or that youā€™ll enter it. be confident that you will.

There's no one way to enter the void! There are tons of methods you can pick from, but here's my suggestion:
Get comfortable, take deep breaths. Connect with the internal experience of self.
The void state is just a state of pure consciousness, it's always within you. You don't have to do much to reach it because you ARE consciousness at all times.
Entering the void is just embracing pure consciousness; you don't have to do anything. Just be.
Neville Goddard only used one affirmation to enter the void "I am". Because that's what the void is, a state of pure being. Relax and be.
Don't stress yourself out about it you don't need to reach outside of yourself to find it, the void IS you.
It is that easy. It's not complicated we just overcomplicate things to ourselves by overthinking it. You can do it.
You could also try yoga nidra (there's guided videos on YouTube it's really relaxing), mediation, wake back to bed (I'll explain how to do this one), lucid dreaming, etc. these are not necessary but plenty of people like them and the most important thing is to have fun!
Wake back to bed:
Set an alarm a couple hours before you'd normally wake up. Stay up for around 7 mins then enter the void state whether that be through mediation, affirmations, or going to sleep with the intention to enter the state.
Affirmations:
I am
I am pure consciousness
I am not tied to any reality
I am the void
How to shift from void state
Affirm you are in your DR, ground in your DR, or visualise it.
You can enter it anyway you want. You are limitless. The only limitations are the ones you set for yourself because you create your own rules. Just don't think about it you'll be fine

Thereā€™s a technique I want you all to try
Itā€™s called the
ā€œWim hof breathingā€
Method
No methods are needed But if you really want one
Then here you go pookie

WIM HOF BREATHING METHOD
Find a comfortable position.
Breathe in deeply through the nose or mouth and through the belly to the chest. Then let the breath go unforced.
Exhale through the mouth, then immediately breathe in again.
Take 30ā€“40 such breaths in short bursts.
Take one final, deep inhalation then let the air out and stop inhaling. Hold the breath until you feel the urge to breathe again.
Inhale very deeply to full capacity and hold for 15 seconds, then let it go. This completes the first round.
Repeat the whole process, steps #2-6, 3-4 times.
After completion take time to meditate and enjoy the state of deep relaxation
After the very last step you should be a deep trance like state you should be really relaxed
I recommend that you let your next subliminal play
Which should be
Either a theta or epilson wave track or pink noise
Make sure your desired subliminal that plays after is Not a guided meditation you wanna still be in a trance
Start affirming in that point
And donā€™t stop
Just feel how relaxed you are feel that powerless body but powerful mind
Your body is at ease your soul and mind collide in such ways that allows you to breathe freely without any stress no harm
In the void state
Your main goal should be getting peace
Because if youā€™re entering just affirm
Youā€™ll likely put it on a pedestal youā€™ll get frustrated and give up
It is not a wish granter bitch

HEY I DID IT I ACTUALLY WOKE UP IN THE VOID
I don't know if you remember me I sent you a text day before yesterday. I m the aff tape anon. Practically I only used one aff that is I will wake up in the void fully aware thats it. I did psych k for 20-25 mins only and whole day I keep reminding myself that I will wake up in the void. Last nyt I woke up and was there for 10 mins. Fuck it was so good it felt like I was keep on expanding.
Anyways I did not manifest anything I just said I enter void instantly and I manifest out of thin air instantly bcoz I want to see my manifestations come to me.. So yeah

Gateway tapes. GATEWAY TAPES, G A T E W A Y T A P E S. hello, my name is Athena and I help people to shift. No, I haven't successfully shifted.

Okay, to give you some background. I have astral projected many times. Means I'm able to leave my body. Now, why I haven't because I am mastering the basic before I start doing anything crazy but if I really REALLY wanted to, I can. Now to start the post, gateway tapes will be your best friend and lover. The whole point of shifting is getting yourself into a void state. The gateway tapes do that. It basically trains your body to get into void state to manifest, solve problems or whatever your intention is. Not only that, it shuts off the side of your brain and helps you do it in command. You have to enter **F10**. Then you can do whatever. Now before you start running with it. do not and I mean DO NOT. Rush through it. You can't train yourself if your just rushing through it like crazy because you want shift. These options are important because you will be like **ME**. and having go fucking back again and again because you decide to take your training wheels off too early and you have nowhere to go.
Okay, so your wondering. How do I start?
Well you go through each mediation *MORE THEN ONCE* until you master each one. Simple, now tapes are long and can be boring. I won't denied it but if your still trying shift from xyz. This will be easy for you
Tips/recommend:
Do tapes once in morning or night. But I really recommend to do them at night and btb (back to bed). I had my most successful when doing btb
Do each tape at least 3 times before moving on or keep doing them until you feel like your ready to move on. It's practice, I have done body asleep and mind awake for good week or 2. Be consistent. I recommend everyday. If you don't everyday then maybe every other day.

Read the Manuel to get more deep into it but also please just do wave 1. You can advance if you want but it gets more extreme and complicated. Can be wonderful but still if your not used to out body experience
