I have just completed my 2nd painting of little Mister Guinness McSneazy. I think I prefer this one to the last. This one is also 8”X10” in acrylic on board. (I stopped using oil a number of years ago due to respiratory and allergy issues, and I don’t miss it!)
The frame is a salvaged Napoleon the 3rd frame I bought from my gallery. It’s copper leaf and black lacquer on cast composition over wood.

Here is my first “post retirement” painting.
I’d been promising my cousin John, a portrait of his house in Southern California.
I don’t normally paint contemporary architecture. I’m generally speaking, drawn to older architecture in my paintings. But I enjoyed painting this.
From the photos John has sent. It seems like his home is practically a bird sanctuary.
