How to: Criticize
Following you will see a guide on how you give criticize things and give an honest, but not rude opinion on something. It bugs me for a while now that it seems like all people do is sweet talk things or just see the bad things. I got to admit it's not easy to say your opinion out loud and make it right, so the other feels like it's a help and doesn't feel put down and I don't always succeed at it either, but I hope when you follow this guide you can successfully give fair opinions. This is set for giving an opinion on rp's, but the rules are basically the same.
It all begins with an url, someone sent to you. You should sit down and read it.
What expectations do you have? What was your first thought?
Write those thoughts down, or just keep them in mind. Is the url short or rather long? How do you personally feel about the length? How does it sound to you? I personally don't mind hyphen, sometimes the url you want is already taken and I think in some cases it makes it easier to read the url.
Now without being biased by your first impression you should take a look at the rp. How's the theme build up? How can you navigate through the pages? Do the graphics look great? Most importantly, does it flow? Meaning does everything match to each other, including the icon.
Next you should read the plot. Does it make sense? Is there anything you don't understand? This is not about if you would like to attend this rp, it's about if you could imagine people liking this plot. If you hate TVD you wouldn't ever apply for a TVD roleplay, but could you imagine other people wanting to be in it.
Making mistakes in grammar and spelling can be okay but there shouldn't be so many you can't even understand what's said.
Look through the rules, characters, application (if necessary). Just overlook the whole scenery. Now you have a impression of the roleplay you are about to give an opinion about.
Let's start writing it!
Tell them what you expected and then if you're positively or negatively surprised or not at all.
There is always something you like. Really, as long as you're not biased on something it's easy to find something you like and if it's only the gradient, the url or the graphics you point it out.
The word "but" can sound very rude when you say something was good and then take it all down with that one word following by things you down't like, that why you should say what you don't like, honestly, without saying things like 'I hate' and the with using the word but you can tell how they can do better.
Exp: "The theme looks uneasy to me, but with a theme makover from a rph and/or some easy fixes, I'm sure it'll be fixed quickly."
You should encourage them to make things better and not let them feel bad about themselves, wanting to throw everything away. You're there to help and not to bash on them terribly. Opinions can be strong and words can hurt someone, but with an unbiased opinion and some tips everyone will be happy in the end.
Remember at the end, we're not all the same and everything likes other things, you can point out what you would rather see, but be nice about it, when it's a personal point of view, say it. Quality is not for everyone the same.
In the end we're all here to have fun and improve our skills. You're there to help and not to make others feel down.
Be fair and neutral, even if it's hard sometimes.

If there was an rpg with only a setting where you apply with your oc character and not with those long ass applications you need to fill, would you apply to it? And what settings would you like to see? (by setting i mean place and time. Like if it's in a school or a town or a beach etc.) Thank you for answering in advance.
I personally prefer roleplays with long ass applications, it makes me feel like I have safety on some sort, you know? That probably didn’t even make sense, but when I would join a roleplay like this I’d like to see a total different setting, schools and towns, islands and beaches are so overused. I’ve barely seen a skiresort or anywhere with a lot of snow. I think a hidden town under water would be really cool too. Maybe even a jail complex.And when it comes to time, future roleplays are alright, I’d really love to see more 40’s or 50’s roleplays. The 20’s were an interesting time as well, you could do the whole WWI aftermath or you could always stay in the good old present.

I wouldn’t exactly say they could be sisters. Maybe cousins, but I think they could be related.
A sister to Adrianne could be for example Arielle Kebbel.And Yvonne Strahovski or Riley Keough could be Blake’s.

So Alona Tal is 30 but could play anyone in the rage between 20 and 25 I would say. Bridget Mendler is 21 and can play 16-18.
