So I went to my friend Jan over hat @koeningspfeffermuehle and got this. An apple/ pear spirit aged in casks with Laphroaig wood chips. Hell that's one good of a spirit. Nose is full Laphroaig smoke at first, but that's gone with the wind. Just lingers in the back. No bite at all. Just smooth fruit with a smokey undertone.
