We only know he was able to get the stardust! But did he went back with it? Did he really give it to the girl from the start? And what about the star lady, Yvaine, and the friend that went with him to help? They didn’t finish the story, dattebani!”

The little girl was, however, a little more pleased with her grandmother’s next statement. “Did touchan make an ending for it too?” If she could choose, she would definitely try to make a nice ending, and tell what she wanted to have happened with everyone. “Ne, obaachan, I don’t want Tristan to go back to that lady. Yvaine seems to like him much more than that other one, so he should stay with her.”

“What do you mean, Himawari?” 

A smile curled on her lips, resting a hand on her granddaughter’s head. A quirk upward of her brows, still debating on the child’s choice of novel to read that night. One that Minato had gotten her, in which, he always found the weirdest children novels. 

“But that’s for you to decide. Your tou-chan hated it, too, but you get choose the ending. It’s a book that is open ended and up to your imagination, ‘ttebane!”

“Eeh?” The bright blue eyes looked up, searching for any indication this wasn’t serious. The story had been so good up until now, but how could it simply end like that? There was no way that was correct and, even if it indeed was, it wasn’t like she would simply accept it - after all, Himawari didn’t like that ending, not one bit. “There’s nothing more? But it can’t end like that!”

“I will never understand why in the world they still think I need a babysitter at this point.” Or why they think I wouldn’t go out if I wanted to. Himawari knew the babysitter in question wasn’t the one to blame, as she also knew that sneaking out wouldn’t be an easy task under his watch - but she didn’t plan to, either way. Uncle Shino had always been among her favorites - the Uzumaki wouldn’t say he was the favorite, though, merely because she really didn’t know how to pick only one. 

With a sigh, she let go of the debate before it started, though - it was pointless to complain now, and again, she knew it wasn’t his fault. “So, uncle Shino, what will we be doing today? I hope you’ve made some plans, because I’ve got nothing.”

HI EVERYONE Well, I think I’m finally back. Things here are still complicated but well, I think I’ve at least come to terms with what I’ll have to do. Letting go of old friendships is very hard, but when you realize they are doing nothing but harm you, it’s necessary to do so. So, for the next few days I should be here a little while, trying to get the hang of my beautiful Uzumaki baby again, and I wanted to let everyone know I’m here again. My ask is always open, as I’m open to random starters, anons, plots or whatever really. Sooo that’s it really. I hope you come and interact with Hima again >.<
