Girl, chill! I would like you to know that your fanfic about Farleigh is great and I know that I am certainly not the only one waiting for part 3, but I also know how troublesome a lack of inspiration and motivation can be. Personally, I will wait for it as long as it takes!! I only ask for one thing, don't leave us with only two parts of such an awesome story 😭 (optional)(ily and tysm for these amazing two parts of this fic!!!)

small update to those who give a fuck.
1. i am working on part 3. i swear. it’s just hard to find motivation to write , especially since the “fandom” (if you can even call it that) is slowly dying out since the actors are moving to different projects. but trust it will be out eventually. i just have to a, find the motivation to write and b, find the motivation to sit through saltburn again. i’m not a big movie watcher and sitting down and watching movies isn’t really for me when i don’t feel like it.
2. i’m gonna try to start writing for more fandoms again, like the old ones i was into. aka mk1, avatar and scream as well as saltburn (eventually masters of air when i get to watching it) . i feel like i owe it to y’all and myself to finish my avatar series’. it’s what got me known in the first place.
3. i do plan on working on my masterlist so my works are easily accessible. it just takes a lot of work and motivation that i just don’t have. classes and all around life is starting to get hectic again so it’s really just a means of finding that common ground.
i do want to apologize for making y’all wait for my fics and i’m entirely grateful y’all are so patient with me. live laugh love <3

your first few weeks spent at the saltburn estate were filled with luxury and glamour. farleighs cousins , venetia and felix treated you well, so did their parents. oliver was nice to you but he gave you the creeps sometimes so farleigh made sure to steer you away from him when he could. you just thought farleigh was jealous of him, turns out you’d be very wrong.
it was currently two in the morning. the water fountain in the garden was all you heard. farleigh had his arm wrapped around your waist, pulling you closer to him in the dimly lit room you two shared (per request of the man himself) as his free hand was down your pajama pants, his fingers and hand working magic at the most sensitive part of your body, a part only farleigh knew how to manage.
“you gotta stay quiet for me..” he mumbled against your lips, seeing your chest rise and fall quickly and your breath became jagged. you opened your mouth to speak but only broken moans came from it. farleigh rolled his eyes and shut you up with a kiss. “you never want to listen.” he tutted, but knew he couldn’t stay mad at you forever.
after your euphoric release, he held intense eye contact with you, whilst he licked his fingers, praising you for how good you were for him. you always were. while you basked in the bliss of your afterglow, there was a knock on the door. farleighs mood instantly dropped as he groaned, switching a light on and opening the door. “who the fuck-“ it was oliver. farleigh looked less than pleased, why the hell was he bothering you two, at 2 in the morning at that.
oliver didn’t say much but just asked to speak, to you. you were a bit stunned. farleigh gave you a ‘you better not’ look. you were torn but decided to go anyways. farleigh just let you go, not even turning back to look at you as he closed the door and shut off his light, seemingly pissed off.
you were confused as you walked with oliver in the maze at saltburn. for a new person, he seemed to know his way around this huge maze like the back of his hand. strange.
“i wanted to talk to you about farleigh.” oliver said, turning to look at you. “farleigh? what about him?” he was confused, what did he know about farleigh that you didn’t. “you know well..i heard he was planning on dropping you after the summer..he knows how rich you are and planned to take you for everything you have..” oliver said. you clicked your teeth. “bullshit. farleigh doesn’t care about that” you were starting to get a bit angry at the large accusation. you had absolutely no idea that this was all apart of oliver’s sick and twisted plan.
“believe me or not but i know how insecure you are. you leech onto the first thing that gives you attention, good or bad. you love to be loved..all the money in the world can’t fix what’s wrong up there sweetheart. you don’t want to face it and that’s okay..” oliver moved closer to you, tilting his head and placing a hand on your cheek. “it’s only a matter of time.”
with a devilish grin, he handed you a folder of papers, they were text messages between farleigh and a friend. all signs pointing to him wanting you nothing more than for your body and money. you were heartbroken.
you couldn’t help but agree with what oliver said. you weren’t happy. you shopped and spent money trying to fill a void nothing could fix, not even farleigh. you looked back up at oliver, a few tears coming down your face.
“cmon sweetheart..cheer up..he’ll be gone before you know it.”
