Struggled with symptoms that closely resemble those of ADHD for as long as I can remember, but I have not yet been medically diagnosed.
I have these days when I get "zoomies" and it feels like my soul is a boundless, relentless entity that craves something, some sort of activity or sensory input or new knowledge but nothing I come across feels satisfactory and therefore everything is boring and I don't want to do anything so I do nothing and then it gets worse. Whenever I'm feeling like this, it sometimes helps to put on music, but other than that, I haven't found any other solutions

To the friends whom I can argue with like an old married couple,
to the friends that snap me out of depressive dissociation,
to the friends that remember the lyrics of my favorite songs,
to the friends that remind me of important events I keep forgetting -
I love you.
