Jack Spinoff Chp12 ENG TXT Translation
Hey, so I was excited for this chapter and since there's no English translation I went and did it. That said I didn't wanna disrespect the English translation team that picked up the series where I left off. So this is just a text translation under the cut. I won't be doing full translations/redraws/uploads of the manga to mangadex unless this group decides to drop it.
That being said if they find this, and wanna use this translation in any capacity feel free to! :) Whatever makes your lives easier, I know how long it takes to get these chapters out!
Noah: I can’t believe it. I can’t believe you’re still alive. I’m sure I stabbed you through the heart…Are you really human?
Jack: Hahaha, sorry…I just think God hates me.

Luna: Where the hell have you been for five years!? You didn’t even contact me once!
Noah: Uhh…so…you see…
Luna: This whole time I’ve been worried about you! I thought you were dead somewhere!
Luna: If you had died… I…I…
Noah: I’m sorry Luna
Luna: You better be…
Luna: I’m so glad…That you’re alive…
[Jack and Noah put away their weapons since Luna is there]
[Scene moves from the graveyard to a bench in a park]
Jack: That surprised me. I had no idea you two were siblings.
Luna: We’re not related by blood.
Jack: ?
Luna: The other kids and I are just orphans that mom found in the slums.
Luna: But brother Noah is really mom's son.
Jack: Oh! So you are Anne’s son!
Luna: But mom loved us all equally so we all really felt like siblings. Right?
Noah: Oh of course you’re all my precious little siblings~
Jack thinking to himself: In the colorless and transparent Noah…
Colors are mixing.
How gorgeous.
Luna: Huh?
Jack: I mean, you have a beautiful family.
Luna: Yeah, to us, Anne was the best mom ever.
Noah: But to be honest, I was the one surprised. I can’t believe you knew my mother.
…So it was her who used to sing you lullabies.
Jack: Hahaha. “Life is a comedy” apparently.
Luna: By the way, where did you two meet?
Jack: It was in fact just the other day. I was playing a game of pool at a bar.
Noah: Yes, yes, that’s right. We were sitting next to each other and we hit it off…so we decided to play a game.
Jack: I was totally defeated.
Noah: Not at all, it was a close game.
More than you think.
Jack: I’d love to play again sometime.
Noah: Of course.
Luna: Hmmm…Big brother, you know how to play pool? Can you teach me next time?
Noah: Yeah, sure! Oh…unfortunately, I have to get back to “work”. Sir Jack, it has been a pleasure to see you again.
Jack: Likewise.
Noah: Until you’ve finished your “work”...
Jack: Yes, a temporary truce, until then…
Luna: Big brother! Wait! Wait…Will we see you again? Joseph and Lily too! Everyone is waiting for you to come home.

Luna: Mister Jack?

I don’t think Noah will let me avenge our mother, because he’s going to do it by himself.
I don’t want my brother to hurt anyone else…
And I don’t want to see anyone hurt again either…
If mom were alive she’d risk her life to stop him.
That’s why I have to do it for her.
Jack: You’re a troublesome young girl aren’t you?

[Scene changes to an unnamed man holding a political rally]
Arthur: The world as it is, is in a time of change! Now is the time for our British Empire to be something noble! Occupation, class, gender. Put an end to discrimination at the source! It is time for the British Empire to be reborn as a country where ALL people can enjoy the happiness of equality!
Arthur: I promise you! When I am prime minister I will guarantee a world of fairness and decency!

Random citizen: Well said!
