I’m so excited for the summer. I’m going to loose 20 pounds, be at my GW. I’m going to go one a camping trip with my family, it’s warm, I’m wearing a beautiful skirt that lays right over my knees. My calf’s are small and my skirt lays thoughtfully over my hip bones. My feet are in water, there is a beautiful tank top that drapes on my collar bones. My hair is short and soft and my skin is clear. I’m pretty and eat as much as my tiny 100 pound bony body wants, which isn’t much. I’m happy. And skinny. And my prettiest.

Something I wish was a thing was something called YouTube Fit. It’s like YouTube but with only workouts but it has different features like a mute music option so I can bob out to my own music. Or add extra 30 seconds on breaks. Tell me it would be nice 😅

400-600 calorie limit
2-3 liters of water daily
Vitamins everyday
Workout EVERYDAY (even if it’s small)
Weigh in everyday
Get 7-10k steps daily
OMAD + 100 calorie snack (fruit preferred)
Get GOOD sleep (8-10 hours)
Metabolism days every week or every other week (depending how I feel)
