'kang solbin scandal' 'kang solbin drama'. now i have to sit here again and reflect badly on skyhouse like i did back when we first got started. ❞
"Alright, that's reasonable." He smiles lightly, holding a hand out to her. "You know I don't like either of them. The shit you got put through is enough for me to hate them both. The audacity to even try to come up against Sky House is a lot but the torment you experienced makes me angry. I would say karma will bit them but it's taking a long ass time."

I know if you wanted to talk about it, you'd tell me. And if it was me, you would have just told me what I did to piss you off. I've known you since you were six, Solbin." He sighs. "What can I do for you? I can make you some coffee or..." He checks his phone. "I'm sure the convenience store on the corner is still open, I can grab some snacks."

the bartender is is wary - again. same girl from before being the same level of nosy that raised red flags in his mind. but now she has a buyer. perhaps worth some attention now - though this 'buyer' doesn't look any more trustworthy than she does, "what we got depends on your need."
"i need to help out a few friends. sired by some rogue vampire - they're struggling." the bartender scoffs, an amused smirk on his face. mutters something about understanding the struggle and how he has a general dislike for vampire kind. but regretably, unless haru's friends are interested in drinking unusual blood, he can't help. and that's all haru needs to hear to understand what market they're in, "i see."
"In what world am I untrustworthy?" She grins, leaning against the bar. "Hey mister, didn't you say somethin' about blood bags? Ya' mentioned buyers and I got myself a buyer for you. What're they, he's willing to pay big money?"

he shakes his head, and makes a motion to get the bartender's attention as he sits down, "they probably trust you about as much as i do. don't mention who my family is to anyone." haru isn't easily recognized due to his penchant for working in the background with his family. makes it easier for him to traverse the city and look into things without having enemies against him from the start.
She follows him to the bar. "Honestly, no. I've tried asking but again, no one I know. And they aren't exactly open. I think I scare them." She shrugs. "I've heard whispers about godhoods but I don't know what that means. If it was a deity, I would know."

very much so. it looks no different from any other low-end dive in the city, but there's an energy about it that disturbs haru, "you're so out of place, it's amazing." he mumbles, sliding past her and stepping without hesitation into the dingy building. if anyone in here is attentive, they've already spotted chelsea and haru entering together, thus tying them together. whatever they do from this point forward, they have to do together, "all you know about this place is that they sell antiques and blood bags? nothing about an owner, potential owner...?" he motions for her to follow him towards the bar.
"Just a few moon beam blades, no big deal." She says as though it isn't a huge deal. "Oh, here we are!" She's bouncing a little as she steps into the bar, looking back to Haru. "Doesn't it seem off?"

he's not unfamiliar with people calling on various powers and deities, but the idea of the moon - of it's on volition - responding to chelsea in some perilous situation is justifiably terrifying. "remind me to not be around when someone pisses you off then."
"Oh, I'm not terribly good at defending myself. Though the moon tends to do that for me." She shrugs easily, looking at the windows they pass. "But I also wouldn't say I'm unaware. I don't see everything, but I do see a lot. I'm a good punch."
