In light of recent events, I want to direct a few words at my fellow Bestfriends. And yes, you are truly my best friends. I’ve always felt like I was part of a community and over the years I’ve experienced Boyfriend as a big family that goes through thick and thin and breaks trough every obstacle together. Be it their first debut in Japan, or something more serious and personal like Jeongmin’s appendix surgery, they always managed ‘cause they had each other. So many memories were made over these years, so many laughs and jokes were shared, but also a lot of pain. Idol life comes with so many sacrifies - from not dating and not seeing your family for a long time to not being able to reach out to get help. But please let this be your personal wake-up call. Do not take the people in your life for granted, including yourself. You are a gift to this world.

And this world is not black or white. Jonghyun didn’t die because the world is horrible in itself, but rather because he couldn’t get the help he needed to see the good sides as well. The world is what you make of it, and it can be equally as beautiful as it might seem bad. ♥
