hey anon!
i make my stamps on ibis using a template i found on deviantart!! theres a lot of really cool templates on there with lots of shapes and sizes, so i suggest looking there for them!
but basically, you'll want to save a transparent stamp template of your choice, make a new ibis paint canvas with it using the "insert image" option, and create a new layer containing the image of you choice underneath the layer containing the stamp template!!
then youve got your stamp :D
