I’m sorry I’m not Russian but I think their overall mentality has a lot to do with it.

Russian women don’t mess around. They come from very poor beginnings and will cut a b*tch to get a man with money and the lifestyle that goes along with it. Food be damned. They know what’s up.

You can set your own rules as long as you clearly spell them out in your ad and website. Typically you apply the deposit towards your rate. You get the deposit and then you get the remaining amount when you meet in person.
