Friendly reminder that fan-made content (fanart, fanfic, fanvids, etc) are:
extremely time consuming. Remember someone actually took time out of their life to create that, time they could’ve used to, idk, sleep, for example
entertainment you’re consuming for free. I can’t stress this enough: you’re enjoying someone else’s craft for free. You paid exactly zero money to look at/read/watch it.
S H A R E D with you, not made for you. This is the most important point: someone created that, put it online and you found it. No one forced you to consume that fanwork, you C H O S E to do it.
Whenever you feel like leaving a mean comment, anonymous hate or make a ~clever post about how ‘lol look at all of these overused tropes every fic writer crams into their fics’ remember you’re being a dick to someone who shared their work with you. You’re not being funny, you’re not being edgy, you’re not being brave for calling something out - you’re being a dick.

Okay this is just a little letter to someone I loved truly for making me who I'm... Which I thought of writing back in March 2023... But it took me 1 yr well NVM...
Dear Pudding,
I'm Stronger than you think.
I was alone,
But I was fine with it...
To me,
This world seemed like nothing more than a filthy mess. A mess where I would never gonna smile, A disgusting place where everyone is blamed just cuz of one of em was rotten, A place where everyone fights for a sole reason to find peace, A place where hatred is born in order to protect love, A place where hearts are kept in the care of pretty lies, A place where trust are built up on conditions...
And in that place,
I was hollow, pathetic, disgusting, ugly, a void, an empty shell, I thought everyone was laughing at me & making fun of me deep down, where it always felt like they just need me to be their entertainment. I never once felt to be wanted by someone in my life, It was always that everyone hated me, I didn't think that a single person wanted to talk to me, I thought that was just the way things were. And I kinda start hating myself too for the way I was.
But...
I made friends, friends like Simran di (@alhad-si-simran), Om bhiyya(@om-is-ok), Amy(@bareillyki-barfi), Marium & Deepanshu...
I can even talk somewhat normally with girls, Yeah I mean who would've thought that, Yeah my teachers do irk me sometimes, but I don't hate them...
Where I saw nothing before at school, Just people hating and passing comments over me, Ignoring me or probably it was me who stopped looking for others...
Yet bit by bit, I've started noticing things.
Happy Things, Sad Things, Embarrassing Things, Surprising Things. Funny Things... Awkward Person, Shameful Person, Cring Person, Grieving Person, Entertaining Person...
The once empty world of mine, where I thought no one will ever think that I exist here. It just slowly started overflowing with colours and everything around me kinda begin to feel joyful, and somewhere my thoughts started to interwine with others and I guess It was that and there where I started to feel like I can make friends too...
I'll admit it, I like school, I still would even without you around,
But,
It's because you were there for me,
You Showed me this world, A world filled with colours, A world is smiles, A world where everyone dreams, A world where someone like me can be friends with others too...You helped me to see how beautiful it is, it's all just because you're in it...
And I loved you,
It's True, I had lost sight of even the regular, ordinary days...
Ever since I met you, even this mudane life feels special, and maybe we are strangers now but it feels like... You've made me who I am now, A Kind Soul, A Gentleman, A Nerdy Reader, A Lovely Poet... And the most of em all is You Made Me A Better Human Being And Taught Me To Smile...
Not just a 'smile' but a 'Smile' with an essence of love, a feeling of care and a jar with hundreds of memories...
And I guess I can never repay you all that you've made me, and yet you loved me unconditionally...
I Just,
I want to be,
The smallest,
Tiniest part of your life...
And all of this is just for you, And I just wanted to Thank You... Thank You for loving me, Thank You for making me a better version of myself, Thank You for filling Colours in my world, Thank You for making mr smile
