Are the galaxies like giant creatures all the stars and planets live on the backs of like in Terry Pratchett’s Diskworld series or are they like other planets or cities?

i think i can safely say that galaxies are more structured like cities, with city density increasing as you head towards the galactic center and other major structures

So is Alpha Centauri three lions and is Proxima B, (the closest habitable planet), what animal are they?

I also think it would be cool if Proxima B had a three split color scheme due to their tidally locked state and do they have complex life like Earth or not?

The Alpha centauri system is (as of right now) a liger, tigon, and himalayan cat! I do not have anything nailed down for Proxima B atm, i'd have to do more research into the planet to get inspired :3 and thank you so much!!
