This is a random thought but why is there Alois hate at this point in life. I can't remember if I posted abt this before or not but I came across this comment and I felt A LOT of rage

The lack of empathy is mindblowing. Everytime I see someone like this I need to remind everyone that first of all this is NOT a competition of who suffered more or less, they both had horrible experiences that led them to be who they are today, comparing the trauma Is CRAZY. Second, Ciel and Alois are PARALLELS OF EACH OTHER!!! THEY'RE MEANT TO REPRESENT DIFFRENT RESPONSES TO SIMILAR TRAUMA!!!! Ciel was kidnapped, tortured and left with no family, no one to stay with, no one to love. After summoning Sebastian, as a coping mechanism he started repressing all his emotions and became pretty much "dull" and cold towards others after having to grow up very quickly and neglect his own childhood to get revenge. He greatly appreciates everyone around him, but struggles to show it due to a truama response of trying to act mature. Alois on the other hand has similar upbringing. Everyone in his town died including his little sibling, he was left alone and ended up being a victim of human trafficking and had to serve some creep in order to survive. After summoning Claude, Alois didnt have much of a "grown up" approach, he instead wanted to say childlike forever. He's clingy, very anxious about people leaving him, and will do ANYTHING just to not be lonely again. His personality is immature and he's hyper expressive, he feels his emotions VERY strongly and anything can make him explode. As you can see, while Ciel became null to emotions, Alois became hyper sensitive. They had very similar experiences with very different ways to cope with them. And it surprises me how people can give Ciel compassion but act like Alois killed their family or something. They both deserve compation, they're both kids who didnt deserve anything that happened to them, they just deal with their traumas diffrently and thats that!!!

Showdown has amazing vibes and its the first hypmic battle song that does feel like they're putting their life on the line, it's slowburn-ish and cool, but also the most underwhelming battle song in the whole franchise☠️☠️ that's why absolutely no one is talking about it. They will never outdo Battle x3, Light & Shadow n Reason to fight I fear

Now that i'm rotating Kantaro and Kei in my mind. KanKei are a wild pair considering Kantaro became more resentful of Kei not only because he let them to flop and abandoned the centre role, but also because all the pressure of making songs that are Kei's level would make anyone go crazy. Imagine how shitty must Kantaro feel that a friend he trusted just left them like nothing and after he started producing his own songs for Paradox Live they're losing fans and popularity. I'd have a bad attitude too if I was him☠️

It's the way I convinced myself Kantaro was the devil just based on my first impressions of him (in the Visty opening vd) but in reality this guy has every quality I like on a character💀 (the attitude, the tsundere-ism, colorful design, pretty realistic mindset, he's amazing)
