Frieren really is Himmel's number 1 fan <3
Himmel has given her a reason to go on an adventure, and she wants to do the same for Sein.
Himmel taught her that holding someone's hand when they're ill helps ease the pain, she wants to do the same for Fern.
Himmel was the reason she went on the adventure in the first place, but even now, Himmel is still her reason for going on the adventure.
The fact that she says that holding someone's hand is the only way she knows of easing the pain proves that when Himmel did it for her, it really worked ! She has more feelings than she thinks she has.

Frieren remembers everything about Himmel. His voice, his face, even his collection of handsome poses. Yet when Himmel died, she thought she knew nothing about him.
And now she even feels insulted when someone asks her about her memories of him :')
There's also an obvious parallel between the old dwarf and Frieren. And it was seeing Frieren's feelings for Himmel that enabled the old dwarf to dream of his wife.

You really get the feeling that Frieren doesn't want to get attached to humans, whose lives are so short compared to her own.
And Himmel understands that. That's certainly why he never forces his feelings on Frieren.
But when Fern says to her the same thing Himmel has said to her in the past, she accepts it and even pats Fern on the head.
Thanks to Himmel, Frieren gradually becomes attached to humans.

Such a strangely perfect family
I know everyone is talking about the Dodgeball game, since Anya wiped the screen with her finishing move, she learned from her teacher/mother Yor. But I need to comment on points that seem so spectacular to me in the background.
First, the dynamic of Yor and Loid as parents is wonderful. The three of them are different people in society trying to fit in so as not to be discovered. But when they assume their facet of parents, they manage to become so homely, peaceful and comforting.
I mean, we have Loid in an apron while Yor trains her daughter in physical activities. I think there is no problem in believing that Loid is the wife, and Yor is the husband and it is exactly the same
Yor and Twilight are the definition of "super humans", the only thing that is comparable to the intelligence of the best spy in the world, is Yor's brute strength. The woman can destroy everything in her path just by breathing.
It doesn't surprise me that Anya feels let down when she fails, she sees how amazing her parents are and wants to live up to them. Not realizing how amazing she is despite her young age.
Secondly, Loid trusts Yor, perhaps influenced by the last chapter that his trust was put to the test. After that, he seems to completely trust his teachings even though he is not clear on the matter. he knows that Yor's dedication and affection for Anya are genuine and only accepts the time they spend together despite having a bad past experience with Anya's "punch".
Love Yor in this chapter. Especially, for the way in which she is not only an excellent mother, but also a teacher. She is patient, dedicated and makes sure Anya's experience is completely enjoyable. Anya may be too young to understand it, and many times she gets an unexpected result. But really, Yor could train her in the art of attack and self-defense and make her an incredibly powerful girl.
The way they overlap their oddities is beautiful. Because it turns three "different" people into a family that supports and supports each other
