Too many teachers in England are unable to teach due to boffins who have never taught filling up SLT, unsustainable expectations and the need to pamper our ever precious snowflakes. Schools are bowing down to the ever looming Ofsted; who if you are a teacher are well versed in the 'game'. How is it teachers are leaving in droves, unqualified adults are standing in front of 30+ kids and all we hear is 'well that's the way it is now, teaching is too tough'? Well no, that is not acceptable.
