The day White Lily found out she was pregnant, she of course was a bag of mixed emotions which wasn't the hormones
1st, She didn't have much hope about it ever being possible. Considering she is only "half of herself"
2nd, Extremely happy they she was going to be a mother
3rd, What would Shadow Milk think since he was the father
Mustering up the courage, White Lily confronted and hesitantly told Shadow Milk. He was of course in disbelief aswell and chalking it up to a bad joke. But when White Lily stayed quiet, nervously fidgeting with her hands...did it actually sink in for him...
Still in disbelief, he ask if she was actually expecting and that this wasn't her way of joking around. Even rephrazing the question multiple times. But when White Lilys answer remained positive did Shadow Milk break down in sobs, hugging her from pure joy!
White Lily in turn does the same. And they both just sitting on the floor happy crying in each other's embrace

it’s crazy to me that there were people who thought this design was bad. impeccable colors, distinct symbolism and dress for his role in the story, insanely well-defined shape language/silhouette, and the best design trope ever of a dark-skinned with pale hair…what were they smoking
