Sometimes i’m so ashamed of my natural hair, like the way it looks after i’ve just taken out my braids, or when it shrinks when i get out of the shower after washing it, or when i take it out of ponytails after a long day. Then i look down at the little black girls surrounding me, eyes filled with nothing but wonder and pure admiration. Their tiny hands grabbing at it, showering me with compliments. “Your hair is so pretty.” “Can my hair look like yours?” And all the doubts leave my mind as i began to swell with pride. Not only do i do if for those little black girls, but i do it for little me as well, little me who was told my hair was too nappy, little me who never saw anybody with hair like mine in the princess movies, little me who was ashamed every time i had to get my hair done because my stylist would complain about it being too thick and hard to manage. I didn’t have much representation, or anybody who cared enough to take their time to get to know my hair and do right by it but these babies will and i couldn’t be happier for them.

My Angel (Part 1) - R.G.
Tumblr media
the reneé rapp as regina george brain rot has taken hold of me. send help.
Request: Your fics are adorable so I figured I'd shoot my shot in sending out a prompt. Regina being so head over heels for the campus angel and EVERYONE knows it. Like 'someone accidentally spills coffee on Regina's Doc Martens, someone get R' and Regina becomes all sunshine and rainbows. Regina's still a b*tch but she tries to be nice when her angel is around and everyone breathes easier around her. Then Cady comes in and she's all heart eyes for R. Would be great to start off when Cady comes in and meets R, then followed by the introduction made by Janis and Damien.. endings all yours. Just couldn't get this scene off my head. Thanks in advance
i absolutely LOVED this request - thank you Anon! this is quite a long one and i may have gotten a little carried away…so i hope you like it!
Pairing: Regina George x Reader
Warnings: None; Possessive Regina, Oblivious, gay and pining Y/N, Jealous and kinda crazy/obsessed Cady? Changes to the plot because I can, and it fits my gay agenda.

Your P.OV.
I sat down in my usual spot, center row, second seat from the front, in my favorite class, AP Calculus. Ms. Norbury sent me a warm smile as I settled, pulling out my notebook and pencil for notes. A few students around me smiled and said hello as they sat down, doing the same thing.
After a few minutes, the bell rang, Ms. Norbury standing up and moving to the front. She clasped her hands together, before speaking. “Alright everyone, we have a new sophomore with us. She just moved here from Africa. So let’s help her adjust to academic life here. Her name is...Caddy Heron.”
A red-headed girl entered the classroom, backpack slung over her shoulder. She smiled and waved nervously, tucking a strand of hair behind her ear. “It’s pronounced like Katie.”
“Welcome, Cady.” Ms. Norbury nodded in apology, gesturing for her to find a seat. The girl hesitated for a moment, before walking down the center row to occupy the seat behind me. I shot her a small smile, moving my eyes to the front as the lesson started.
About 10 minutes into the lesson, I felt a tap on my shoulder, turning around to see Cady smiling sheepishly. “Hi, sorry. Do you have a pencil? Mine broke.” I nodded, reaching into my backpack to get one for her. “Here you go. You can keep it.” She thanked me gratefully, going back to writing down her notes.
The rest of the class went by uneventfully, the bell ringing soundly throughout the room 45 minutes later. Gathering all of my things together, I said a quick goodbye to Ms. Norbury on my way out and to the cafeteria.
Only a few students were milling about, giving me a chance to grab my lunch before the line got long. Leaving my things at the table, I grabbed a tray, filling it with cheese fries, chicken nuggets and a side of broccoli. By the time I got back, Gretchen and Karen were already seated, gossiping about the usual boy drama. I said hello to them both, setting my tray on the table. “Oh, hi Y/N!” Karen responded warmly, Gretchen waving hello.
“Have you guys seen-“
“Oh. My. God.” An all too familiar voice shrieked in the hallway, my stomach falling. Leaving my lunch and friends behind, I rushed to the hallway. As expected, Regina stood in the middle of a small crowd, looking down at her Docs, which were covered in coffee. The poor boy who I assumed spilled it was apologizing profusely, attempting but failing miserably to wipe the hot liquid off of her shoes with his hands. The blonde’s eyes were blazing with rage, and I honestly couldn’t blame her. I could tell she was about to rip into him, so I quickly rushed over, resting my hands on her tense arms. Regina’s eyes snapped to mine, and I swore I could see them soften as she laid eyes on me. I sent her a reassuring smile, leaning closer to press into her side. “You okay, Gina?”
She nodded, turning to glare at the now sweaty boy. “Get the hell out of here before I tear you apart.” She snapped. He nodded quickly, mouthing a thank you in my direction before running off.
Thank me, for what?
The students in the crowd murmured quietly, throwing smiles and sighs of relief around before dissipating slowly, going about their day.
Regina sighed then, looking down at her shoes defeatedly. “I literally just bought these.” She complained, running a hand through her pretty hair. I followed the motion with my eyes, taking in her slender fingers and the designer rings adorning them. God, her hands are so pretty. I took in her outfit as well, nearly drooling at the leather jacket and jeans combo that was hugging her in all the right places. Her hair was curled perfectly, pretty gold 'R' necklace sitting atop her collarbone. I must’ve been staring too long because Regina waved her hand in front of my face, a teasing smile on her face.
Half out of embarrassment and without thinking much of it, I crouched down to the floor, taking out the napkins I had grabbed with my lunch from my pocket, wiping her shoes as best I could. Luckily, the spill was still wet and hadn’t stained the material. Regina looked at me incredulously, as if she couldn’t believe what I was doing. “Y/N, you don’t have to do that. If anything, I should make him do it.”
I shrugged, standing up and tossing the napkins in the garbage after I was done. “It’s fine, Gina. I can take them home and clean them better for you.”
The blonde shook her head dismissively, taking my hand into hers. “It’s fine, Y/N. I can get new ones.” She laced our fingers together, dragging me back into the cafeteria and to our table. Gretchen and Karen paused mid-conversation, glancing down at our intertwined hands, before glancing back at each other, small, knowing smiles on their lips.
Was it just me who was missing something?
Regina looked down at my tray, frowning. “Your food is cold. Sit down, I’ll get you a fresh tray.” Spinning on her heels, she left me sitting there, watching her walk away. Gretchen and Karen snickered behind me, making kissing noises.
“What are you two on about?”
“Oh, nothing,” Gretchen grinned, wiggling her eyebrows. “Just you and Regina, sittin’ in a tree, k-i-s-s-i-n-g.” The girl sang, Karen joining in with her. I rolled my eyes, feeling a blush crawl up my neck to my ears. I stupidly told the two girls about my raging crush on the blonde well over a year ago, and ever since, they teased me about it any chance they could get. I had no idea if Regina knew or not, though. She never acted any different towards me. If anything, she was more touchy and affectionate than before.
“Will you guys stop? Gina does not like me back, we’ve talking about this how many times?”
Karen smirked, cocking her head to the side. “Gina. You know, you are the only one she lets call her that. Me and Gretchen were just talking about how-“
“Talking about what?” Regina returned with a fresh tray of food as promised, glancing around the table inquisitively. I could feel my blush get worse, fumbling around for a response that wouldn’t completely give me away.
“Y/N was just telling us about your shoes. Thank god they’re not ruined.” Gretchen bailed me out, sending a wink my way. I thanked her with my eyes, sending Regina a warm smile and verbal thank you for the food. The blonde seemed satisfied enough with the answer as she slid my old tray in front of her, digging in to the cold fries without a care in the world.
The group fell into casual conversation, Regina and I chipping in between bites of food. I was almost done with my tray when I noticed Regina constantly looking over my shoulder at someone. I turned around, eyes landing on Cady who was already looking my way, smiling. She was sitting with Janis and Damien, who were whispering in her ear, pointing at our table. I'm sure they were telling her all about the group, including all of the typical rumors and comments. Regina squinted her eyes at them, moving to stand up before I could stop her.
The blonde pointed at Cady from across the room. “You.” She beckoned her closer with a perfectly manicured finger. Cady pointed at herself in confusion, looking at Janis and Damien for support. The two looked away. “Yeah, you. Come here.”
Cady reluctantly rose from her seat, nervously making her way over to our table. “Why don’t I know you?” Regina questioned, tilting her head to the side as she took in Cady’s appearance, clearly judging her.
Cady fiddled with her fingers as she replied, “I’m new. I just moved here from Kenya.”
“Shut up. Shut up!”
“I didn’t say anything…”
Regina grinned mockingly, leaning her weight back against the table, hands splayed out behind her. “You’re, like, really pretty.” I could tell she was lying.
Cady blushed, embarrassed, clearly not getting the same memo that I was. “Thanks.”
Regina raised a brow. “So, you agree? You think you’re really pretty?”
“Oh, I don’t know.” Cady stuttered, attempting to save herself. I gently nudged Regina’s foot from under the table, shooting her a look to leave the girl alone.
In the beat of silence, Cady glanced over at me, smiling. “Hi, Y/N.”
I blinked at her, smiling slightly. When did I tell her my name?
“Hi, Cady.”
Regina furrowed her brows, looking between us skeptically. “How do you know Y/N?”
Before I could even open my mouth, Cady responded enthusiastically, “We have math together. I sit behind her.”
I nodded in agreement at her response, Regina’s eyes icing over as she stared at Cady, who was still looking at me.
No one said anything for a few moments, Cady still looking at me, Regina glaring holes in the side of her head.
Awkward.
By the grace of God, the bell rang, signaling the end of lunch. Cady sent me one last smile before running back to her table, where Janis and Damien were snickering at her.
What the hell just happened?
Gretchen and Karen said quick goodbyes to us, walking together to their shared class. Regina finally tore her eyes away from Cady, coming to land on me. “I don’t like her.” She stated simply, moving to sit on the bench beside me.
“You don’t even know her, Gina.”
“Yeah, well, she seems like a bitch.”
I rolled my eyes, laughing lightly. “She seems fine, maybe just shy or nervous. It is her first day, after all.” Regina hummed, her eyes scanning along my face silently.
She reached her thumb out, swiping it on the corner of my lip. I felt my face get hot as she sucked on her finger, letting go of it with a soft pop.
“You had some ketchup on your lip.”
“Oh…thanks.” I mumbled, looking down bashfully.
Regina reached out her hand again, tilting my chin back up to meet her eyes. She smirked teasingly, thumb trailing back over my lip. “You’re welcome.” She stood up, grabbing her textbooks, beginning to walk off to class. “Meet me at my car after school - we’re going to my house.” She called over her shoulder, not bothering to wait for a response as she rounded the corner and disappeared into the hallway.
As if I wasn’t going to do what she asked. That girl could ask me to bring her the sun and I’d do it in a heartbeat.
~~~
The rest of the day went by surprisingly quickly and when the final bell rang, I quickly gathered my things to meet Regina at her car. As I rushed out of the hallway, I accidentally bumped into someone, causing me to topple to the floor.
“Oh my gosh, I’m so sorry!” I looked up to see Cady leaning over me, eyes filled with concern. I waved my hands, assuring her that I was fine. She offered to help me up, but before I could accept, warm hands bunched under my arms, pulling me off the floor in a smooth tug. My back rested against a soft chest, looking up to see Regina glaring at Cady, a blazing anger in her eyes.
“Did you push her?” The blonde’s shoulders tensed, jaw set so hard I could almost hear her teeth grinding. She was seething.
Cady backed away a few steps, waving her hands erratically. “What? No, of course not!” She sputtered, cowering into the lockers behind her.
Regina took another step towards her, menacingly, like a lion cornering their prey. She was gripping my arms so tightly it almost hurt. “If you ever touch her again, I will rip your head off.”
Cady nodded, nearly crying as she ran off and out of the school doors.
I sighed watching her leave, turning to give Regina a hug, to get her to relax. She really did look like she was about to chase Cady down and kill her. The taller girl put her arms around me, almost protectively. “I’m fine, Gina. We just bumped into each other on accident, that’s all.”
“But you didn’t. I was standing right here, waiting for you. Cady saw you coming out of the room and ran into you on purpose.”
I furrowed my brows, looking up at her. “What? Why would she do that?”
Regina said nothing in response, working her jaw a few more times. She was still staring in the direction that Cady left, eyes hardened and cold. “Nothing.” She took a deep breath before meeting my eyes, doing a one-over on me. “Are you okay? Are you hurt?”
“I’m fine, I promise.”
Regina nodded and took my backpack out of my hand, slinging it over her own shoulders, before taking my hand in hers for the second time today, once again lacing our fingers together. “Let’s go.”
I followed her to the parking lot, stopping in front of her pink Jeep. I reluctantly let go of her hand, knowing that she had to pull out her keys. “Where are Gretchen and Karen?”
“They’re not coming - they have study hall today.”
“Oh, okay.” I felt nervous suddenly, knowing that it would just be the two of us. We’d spent plenty of time alone before, but for some reason, this time things felt different. Regina gestured for me to get in the passengers seat, setting my things in the back. I complied, settling into the seat next to her. Regina reached over my torso and grabbed my seatbelt, buckling it for me without a word. I blinked, at a complete and utter loss for words. I couldn’t even say thank you.
Why was that so hot?
After putting on her sunglasses, Regina peeled out of the parking lot, taking the familiar route back to her house.
~~~
“Are you still doing homework, you nerd?” Regina groaned, looking over my shoulder to see what I was doing. She had been on her phone for the last hour, constantly asking when I was going to be done.
Rolling my eyes, I smiled at her, finishing the problem I was doing. “Yes, Gina. Some of us have homework to complete.” She stuck her tongue out at me, gently kicking my foot. “I’m almost done, be patient.”
“I don’t have patience, Y/N. When I want something, I want it. I don't like waiting.” Her words made me blush for some reason, feeling like they had a second meaning.
Nevertheless, she let me finish in silence, but chose to stare at me as I did so. “You’re really pretty, you know.” She murmured after a few minutes in silence. I could feel her eyes drag all the way down from my head to my toes, making me nervous and embarrassed.
“Stop looking at me.”
“What? You don’t think you’re pretty?”
I shook my head no, sitting up to put away my now completed assignment into my backpack. I turned back around to see the blonde staring at me confusedly. “You’re joking, right?”
I shook my head again, getting up from the bed to set my backpack near the door. Regina had crossed her arms, looking genuinely upset. “Sit down at the vanity, Y/N.”
I looked over at her, brows furrowed. “Why?”
“I said, sit down.”
Frowning, I made my way over to her vanity and sat on the plush seat in front of the mirror. Regina stood behind me, hands resting on my shoulders. “Look at yourself.” She tipped my chin toward the mirror. I did as she asked. Her fingers came up to trace all along my face, starting at my eyes. “These eyes, so pretty, so full of emotions.” She moved up to my eyebrows. “These brows, you always knit them together when you focus on something, like your homework, nerd.” Down to my nose, where she gave it a little boop, making me laugh. “Cute nose.” Down to my lips, tracing them ever so gently, “Pretty, soft lips.” She stared at them for a moment, shaking her head slightly before continuing. “And of course your pretty hair. Not to mention that beautiful body of yours.” She stopped at my shoulders again, leaning down to press her lips to the top of my head. “You’re so pretty, my angel. Don’t ever, even for a single second, think that you’re not.”
My heart fluttered at the nickname. Her angel. I was red as a tomato, at an honest loss for words at what Regina had said. I’d never heard her say anything like that about anyone, much less me. I almost couldn’t believe what I was hearing. “Thank you, Gina.” I spoke softly, feeling extremely shy and vulnerable. I didn’t even know she noticed those things about me.
The blonde smiled into my hair, rubbing her hands along my arms soothingly. “You’re welcome, cutie. Come on, let’s go get something to eat.”

My Angel (Part 2) - R.G.
Tumblr media

Pairing: Regina George x Reader
Warnings: None; possessive Regina, oblivious, gay and pining Y/N, jealous and kinda crazy/obsessed Cady
hope you enjoy!
Tumblr media
The next few weeks passed without much incident. Regina and I had been spending more and more time together, just the two of us - going shopping, trying new restaurants, sleeping over at her house. Some days, they almost felt like real dates.
Almost.
Halloween was coming up soon, and of course Regina decided to throw a party for our entire class. I was currently in Regina's room getting ready for said event - we only had a few hours before people would start showing up.
Regina looked gorgeous in her angel costume, finished with large, feathered wings. The costume was ironic, given her nickname for me.
Regina easily somehow convinced me to dress up in a matching devil costume, adorned with plastic horns and a pointy tail. I felt way out of my comfort zone in the outfit, but Regina insisted that I "looked hot", so I kept it on. Obviously.
Regina decided to do my makeup on top of it all, reassuring me that it wouldn't be too much, just a little to match the costume. I, once again, agreed, sitting in front of the vanity as she leaned over me. Her face was so close to mine, I could see the pretty colors of her eyes swirling together and the faint dusting of freckles on her cheeks. She looked absolutely breathtaking. I could feel my heart restricting in my chest by simply looking at her.
"Why are you looking at me like that?" Regina teased, a smirk resting on her painted lips. I felt myself blushing, clearing my throat awkwardly.
"Nothing, I just...your eyes are really pretty."
Regina smiled, flashing her white teeth at me. "Aw. Thanks, angel." She leaned over and pressed a soft kiss to my cheek, lips lingering for a few moments. "You're sweet."
I don't think I could've been any redder.
Regina finished my makeup in silence, tongue poking out from between her lips as she concentrated. After a handful of minutes she was done, leaning back to let me see myself in the mirror. It actually looked really natural, which I was happy about. Looking closer, I noticed a bright red lipstick mark on my cheek. "Leave it. Looks cute on you."
I nodded shyly, smiling to myself as Regina turned around, cleaning up her room a bit, as people were going to start arriving soon. Not that anyone was going to come up here. If anyone did, she would actually throw them out her window. "You ready to go downstairs?" She glanced over at me, ensuring that my costume sat in all the right places.
"Yeah, let's go."
As we made our way down, Gretchen and Karen were already here, waving at us excitedly. They both looked super cute in their costumes.
"Hi, Y/N! You look so good!" They complimented me sincerely, moving to fix my hair a little so it fell just right over my shoulders. I looked around for Regina, but she had already left the room, finishing last minute touches on decorations and food prep.
"So...cute lipstick mark." Karen teased me playfully, fingers poking into my sides. Gretchen smirked. I rolled your eyes at the pair's teasing, hand instinctively moving to touch the mark, making sure not to smear it.
"Yeah, yeah, shut up, you two." I flipped them off jokingly, allowing them to drag me into the living room to set up the playlist for the night.
As the sunlight disappeared, people began flooding into the house, music pulsing through the speakers. I still hadn't seen Regina since earlier, a sad pang thrumming in my chest. I was sure she was just being a good party host, but another part of me felt like maybe she didn't want to spend time with me.
Karen made sure I had a drink in my hand to sip on throughout the night, and after a good while I felt myself start to loosen up a bit. Karen pulled me into the middle of the room, dancing to a song I had heard on the radio a few times, but couldn't possibly name.
It felt nice to relax and have fun for once, not thinking about schoolwork or responsibilities. The song was almost over, when I faintly heard someone calling my name. I looked around confused, until my eyes landed on someone in an actual scary looking costume. The girl waved at me, taking out her fake teeth to smile at me.
It was Cady.
Yikes.
I waved back reluctantly, turning my back on her to see Karen already cringing. "Why is she here?" She whispered-yelled. I shrugged, genuinely not knowing. Regina definitely didn't invite her. Karen continued, "You should be careful, Y/N."
I looked at her, confused. "Why?"
"'Cause she has a huge crush on you."
I laughed nervously, glancing over my shoulder to see Cady trying to push her way through the crowd toward me. Fuck. "Really?"
Karen nodded, eyes looking at me with sympathy. "Be careful, okay? I'll be right back, Gretchen is bitching about Jason again. He brought some other girl with him." I didn't want her to leave me alone, but I reluctantly let her go, hoping that I could get away before Cady reached me.
I couldn't.
"Y/N, hi!" I turned around, almost jumping out of my skin at Cady's costume. She looked even scarier up close, dark makeup and fake blood all over her face.
"Hi, Cady."
"Wow, you look great tonight." Her eyes wandered along my body, an immediate feeling of discomfort rushing through my veins. I didn't like the way she looked at me.
"Um...thanks. Your costume is...cool."
Cady lit up excitedly, smiling from ear to ear. "Really? You think so? I actually made it myself." I nodded at her ramble, glancing nervously around the room to see if I could spot Regina. I didn't see her or her gigantic wings anywhere.
"Do you want to dance? I love this song." Looking back at Cady, I noticed she had moved closer to me. I stumbled backwards in shock, apologizing to a girl from my Geography class that I bumped into.
"Oh, uh...I was actually just going to use the bathroom. I'll...be right back." Shooting her a nervous smile, I shoved my way through the crowd, thankfully close to the stairs. I made my way up and into Regina's room, breathing a sigh of relief as the door shut behind me.
Was she always so...weird?
"Hey, angel." An unexpected voice spooked me, looking over at the bed to see Regina sitting comfortably on it, eyebrows raised at me curiously. She must've noticed my anxious state because she stood up and walked over, cupping my face in her hands. "You okay?" I nodded, falling into her arms, almost knocking her over.
I just needed her comfort right now. The interaction with Cady left a bad taste in my mouth, not to mention what Karen told me about her.
"What happened?" Regina questioned, quickly taking me into her embrace, her feathered outfit tickling my cheeks. I shook my head, not wanting to talk about it just yet.
"I couldn't find you." I decided to say, nestling further into her warm arms. The blonde cooed at me, running a hand down my back soothingly.
"I just needed a break from all the chaos, so I came up here for a bit." She sighed, resting her cheek on the top of my head. "I didn't think so many people would show up."
I scoffed at her, fingers digging into her sides playfully. "You're the most popular girl in school, of course everyone is going to show up to your party, Gina." The vibrations of her laugh reverberated through my chest, causing me to smile.
"Yeah, well, the only person who I actually wanted to come to this stupid party was you."
I blushed at that, looking up at her to see that she was already looking down at me. Comfortable silence filled the air around us both for a few minutes. "Why are you so nice to me, Gina?" I asked her softly, only a little bit scared of her answer.
The blonde paused, just looking at me. There was something in her eyes that I couldn't quite place, but it made my heart skip a beat. Several beats, actually. "Because you deserve it." She said it as if it was the simplest thing in the world.
For some reason, the response made tears well up in my eyes. The sight made Regina's heart melt, her hands reaching up to gently wipe the dampened skin, careful not to ruin my mascara. "How about we go finish the rest of this party, and you can stay over? I promise not to hog all the blankets this time."
"Yeah, I'd like that."
~~~
You smiled softly, boldly taking Regina's hand in yours for once, the pair of you making your way back downstairs. You weren't paying attention to anyone but Regina, never taking your eyes off of her, bright smile never leaving your face.
So much so that you didn't notice Cady lurking in the foyer, eyes filling with hate at the sight of you with Regina.
She left the party without another word, stealing one last glance at you. It should've been her holding your hand. Not Regina.
~~~
"Fuck, I am exhausted." Regina groaned tiredly, flopping into the large couch at the front of her room.
I followed suit, falling face first onto her bed, feeling my own tiredness lingering deep in my bones. The two of us, along with Gretchen and Karen's help, managed to push the last few stragglers out the front door. I made sure to call the two girls an Uber home, ordering them both to text once arriving back at home. Regina dragged me to her room once the house was locked up, the pair of us exhausted by the events of tonight.
Clean-up was a problem for the morning.
"Y/N, you need to take that makeup off."
I grumbled in protest, feeling way too comfortable on the massive bed, the sheets flooding my senses with Regina's scent. "C'mon, sit up. Let me take it off."
"Fine." I complained, but did as she asked, sitting up on the edge of the mattress. Regina was already waiting, looking at me with soft eyes. She could tell how tired I was, my eyes blinking slowly. Luckily I had already changed into a pair of her sweatpants and t-shirt.
"I'll be fast, I promise." The blonde assured and moved to carefully straddle my legs, gripping my chin in her left hand, makeup wipe in the other. I was far too tired and far too drunk to actually realize that she, Regina George, who I had a big, fat, lesbian crush on, was actually sitting on my lap, gently wiping the makeup off of my face.
"There, see? Done." She kissed my forehead sweetly, adjusting some pillows to allow me to fully lay down while she finished getting ready for bed. I wasn't sure how much time had passed, but the lights turned off eventually. The bed dipped beside me, Regina scooting closer to my side. She pulled me closer, adjusting me so that my head rested on her chest. Near her boobs.
Her boobs.
"G'night, Gina." I mumbled into her shirt, flinging a leg to wrap around her hips.
The blonde laughed lightly, holding me closer to her. "Goodnight, angel."
~~~
I woke up to a loud bang on the front door.
It startled me awake, rubbing the sleep out of my eyes to glance at Regina's large wall clock. The time read 1:23am. The house fell silent again, until the same loud bang resonated through the house. I could hear it even with Regina's bedroom door closed.
Speaking of, the blonde was still fast asleep beside me, arm slung around my shoulders. I gently removed her arm, slipping out of bed to go investigate the noise.
Was this a really stupid idea?
Yes.
But, I was also nosy and had a strong urge to protect Regina from anything and everything.
I grabbed my phone and put it in my pocket, moving slowly toward the door. I spotted Regina's old softball bat sitting in the corner of the room, decided that would be a good enough option to arm myself with.
The front door banged again. Fuck.
I took one last glance at Regina's bedroom door, choosing to keep it open. Gripping the cold metal bat between my hands, I descended the stairs, eyes flicking back and forth in case I spotted anything out of the ordinary.
"Open the door!" A loud, slurred voice yelled from the other side of the front door, my eyebrows furrowing at the sound. The voice sounded familiar, but I couldn't quite place it.
"Helloooo?" The person called out again, fist pounding incessantly on the wood. Taking a step to the side, I peeked out the side window, stomach sinking through the floor once I saw who it was.
They were still clad in their Halloween costume, hair messy and eyes looking scarily glazed over. I don't even know if they realized where they were right now.
It was Cady.
My heart rate sped up, hoping and praying that she would just leave. "Y/N," She sing-songed, the sound sending an uncomfortable chill up my spine. "I know you're in there. I can smell that bitch all over you."
Bitch? Was she talking about Regina?
Cady laughed, sounding way past drunk. She was nearly falling over onto the pavement, knocking over the potted plants in the front yard. "Come out here, Y/N. You should be with someone better. You should be with me."
I took a deep breath, willing myself to speak. "Get the hell out of here, Cady. You're drunk." The redhead just laughed, moving back to lean against the door. She kicked it a few times, the sound making me jump.
"Let me in, Y/N. You can come home with me instead. That bitch doesn't even like you. She's just using you for attention - you follow her around like a lovesick puppy." Cady hiccuped before continuing. "She keeps you around just to make herself feel better. She doesn't give a fuck about you. You think I didn't see you two holding hands at the party? That meant nothing to her, just like you mean nothing to her."
I don't know why I was so emotional, but Cady's words stung my heart deeply. I began to question if what she was saying might have some truth behind it. Did Regina really not like me? Was she just using me all of this time?
The silence that filled the home was deafening. So much so, that I began to cry, sliding to the floor of the foyer. The softball bat clanked onto the marble floor, pulling my knees up to my chest like a child. I didn't know what was wrong with me, but every ounce of emotion that I had been holding in, seemed to all pour out at once. My feelings for Regina, my fears about how she felt for me and Cady being a total stalker weirdo, all coming out right now. So very timely. I'm sure all of the alcohol I had wasn't helping.
Cady continued drunkenly yelling for me outside - I had to cover my ears to try and drown it out. I wasn't sure how long I was sitting there, but eventually, I heard footsteps running downstairs. Regina entered the foyer, a frenzied look on her face. She was looking for me, but kept her eyes on the door for a beat. "Y/N? Where are you?" She called out, eyes alert and quickly scanning the room. They landed on me curled up on the floor, tears streaming down my face. The blonde rushed over, hands resting on my shoulders. "Hey, hey, it's okay, I'm here. What is going on? Who the hell is that?"
Before I could even say anything, Cady pounded on the front door. "The queen bitch is here! Regina George!" Regina's eyes steeled, turning to face the noise. She grabbed the bat in her hands, standing up and marching over.
"Gina, don't!" I cried, fear bubbling up in my chest for her. I didn't know if Cady had some kind of weapon or something that could possibly hurt Regina. Just the thought of that terrified me.
The blonde stopped in her tracks, glancing over her shoulder at me. She sent me a reassuring, confident smile, that sent flutters in my chest. "Don't worry, angel. I've got this. I won't ever let anything happen to you." She gripped the bat tighter, flipping it in her hands. "Plus, that bitch made you cry. She's not getting away with that."
Without wasting another moment, she swung the door open. I scrambled to my feet and followed closely behind her, peeking around the door to see Cady, completely wasted. It was almost scary. She didn't look like a human being.
Regina fully squared her body to the redhead, raising the bat over her head. "Get. The. Fuck. Off. My. Lawn."
Cady simply laughed, acting as if she had no regarding or understanding of the situation. She was just talking out loud and to no one in particular. "Look here, one and all! The bitch is acting tough!" Cady turned to Regina, a scary looking smile on her face. "You don't deserve Y/N. Give her to me."
Regina's brows furrowed, eyes darkening - there was a look on her face that I'd never seen before. Regina looked genuinely scary. "Give her to you?" The blonde stalked closer, looking even taller than she actually was. Even from here, I could see the vast height advantage that Regina had over Cady. "Y/N is not my, or anyone's, property." Regina spat, moving closer with each sentence. Cady's face was slowly changing, her glazed eyes beginning to realize the grave mistake she made and who she was standing in front of. "She does not belong to me. She chooses to be here, she chooses to be around me." Cady began to walk backwards, almost tripping over the shrubs scattered across the lawn.
"Me. Not you. You want to know why? Because I appreciate her, I adore her, I would to anything for her, I treat her with the respect that she deserves. You could never give her that." The blonde didn't stop advancing. "You think I haven't seen how you look at her? Like a fucking piece of meat?" She was in Cady's personal space now, stopping directly in front of her face. "You don't know a god damn thing about me, or her, or our relationship. You will never hold a flame to that. Ever." Regina clenched her hands, knuckles nearly white around the bat. "If I ever see you near me, Y/N, or my home again, I will fucking kill you. Don't speak to her, don't look at her, don't breathe the same air as her. You don't deserve to." Regina simply pointed in the opposite direction of the house before speaking one final sentence, voice dripping with venom. "Get. The. Fuck. Off. My. Lawn. Before I call the police and ruin your entire life."
Cady, with the fear of God in her eyes, stumbled off in the direction Regina pointed, thankfully not turning around or stopping. I let out a deep sigh of relief I hadn't realized I was holding, running out into the yard to Regina. She stood there with her shoulders slumped, breathing heavily. The bat slipped from her hands and fell onto the grass. "Gina!" I called out to her, nearly football tackling her to the ground. Luckily she steadied me, holding me snug to her own body.
She was shaking.
"It's okay, Gina. She's gone. It's over."
The blonde broke out into a sob, gripping onto my arms tightly, as if I would disappear. "I was so scared, Y/N. I woke up and you were gone. I heard the banging, and I thought the absolute worst." She cried into my hair. I rubbed circles into her back soothingly, reassuring her that I was safe, nothing happened to me, and everything was fine. I don't know how long we were standing there, holding each other.
It was something we both needed, I think.
"Come on. Let's go inside." The blonde nodded in agreement, taking my hands as we walked inside, together. Regina triple checked that the front door was locked before guiding us both upstairs and back into bed.
I was wondering if you could do maybe a like feral Bucky? Like maybe they trigger the soldat and instead of him fallowing their orders he goes after the shy curvy little intern of Tony’s? They’ve both been too shy to make a move. I’m cool with whatever spin you put on it, I LOVE your writing.
(Love all your normal kinks so feel free to add those too as you see fit! )
Thank you lovely 🥰 Can’t wait to drool over more of your writing lol
I took this and RAN with it.
It ended up becoming much longer than I had anticipated so this one will be broken up into two parts.
I struggled with trying to incorporate Bucky being triggered after the reader already being somewhat aquatinted with him, pining after him, etc. so I went the route I did and I hope it fulfills your request!
Part one will be mostly just plot building with a spicy cliff hanger leading us into a part two of pure smut.
Bucky Barnes x Plus Size Reader
ALL OF MY WORK IS 18+
Word Count: 2.5k
C/W: Language, discussion/implications of violence and murder, choking, blood (Bucky is strugglin’ and bites his own hand), a lil sexual tension in prep for part two, he sniffs her coochie, okay?
“Okay, stop. Stop that.” Tony whispered out of the corner of his mouth. You shot him a glance and tugged at your skirt one more time for good measure. He lets out an exasperated sigh and rolls his eyes. “You look fine, Rookie. Very professional. Is that what you needed to hear?”
You scoff and shake your head. “That’s no- I’m not fishing for compliments, I genuinely hate dressing like a fucking secretary.” You grumble, drawing a laugh out of Tony. “And don’t call me ‘Rookie.’” You add with a prod to his chest. He brushes the front of his suit jacket sarcastically in response to your poke and raises his hands defensively, a soft chuckle rising from his throat.
“A fucking secretary? Really? It’s business professional. Did you think I could let you stand next to me in a press conference wearing an old t-shirt and some torn up jeans? We need to create a semblance of professionalism.” He gestures to his own attire with a grin and there’s a teasing glint in his eye as he continues.
“And what’s wrong with ‘Rookie’? You’re my little protégé.” He jests, reaching like he’s going to pinch your cheek as if you were some adorable little toddler. You frown, swatting his hand away and brings it to his chest, clutching it dramatically. “Wow, you’re going to assault your friend, mentor and extremely rich and handsome boss?” He jokes, feigning offense.
“The only accurate adjective in that sentence is ‘boss’, Sir.” You reply dryly, crossing your arms. The corners of his lips twitch into a sly smile and he nudges you with his elbow. “I’ll accept if you don’t agree with friend and mentor.” He starts, pressing his lips into a pout. “But I might actually get a little offended if you refuse to acknowledge how devastatingly handsome I am.”
You groan in annoyance and roll your eyes, preparing a witty comeback when Pepper Potts rounds the corner with a tablet cradled in her arm, a phone nestled between her ear and shoulder and an expression of concern written across her face.
“Everything alright?” Tony asks, placing a hand on his wife’s shoulder. “Don’t tell me.. another offer for People’s ‘sexiest man alive’? I keep telling them, I can’t be on the cover every ye-“ Tony stops mid sentence as Pepper’s manicured forefinger lands on his lips, effectively silencing him.
“Yes. Okay. Understood. Thank you.” She says curtly into the phone before disconnecting the call. “That was Fury. We have an issue. A Barnes issue.”
Your brows furrow at this. “What’s happened with Bucky?” You ask, a sense of dread creeping up your spine. He’d been all but isolated since he’d moved into the Avenger’s tower alongside his best friend Steve Rogers and you couldn’t imagine him being the source of an issue with how reserved this man was. You weren’t at all oblivious to his past- it had been global wide news after all, but in the months since his de-conditioning in Wakanda he had been making great strides towards recovery, working to make amends.
Though your interactions with the ex-assassin had been few, he’d always been polite and kind towards you. You’d felt so out of place among the Avengers, being Tony’s intern. You weren’t on the team, hell, a few of them didn’t even know your name despite you having been trailing behind Tony for the last year. Maybe it was your own fault, considering you hadn’t really made an effort to talk to any of them but aside from the fact that they were all extremely intimidating, you were naturally a shy and quiet person.
You quickly push the self deprecating thoughts from your head. You didn’t care about any of that. You shouldn’t. It wasn’t as if you wanted to be on the team, or were there to make friends, you were here as an engineer, to learn from who was arguably the most intelligent man on the planet. Perhaps that’s why Bucky had always been cordial to you more than some of the others living here. Maybe he gravitated towards you, as someone who constantly felt so out of place, because he felt that way here as well.
Or maybe he thought you were cute.
Oh fuck, if only.
You couldn’t deny your attraction to the man or that you’d been quietly crushing on him practically since you’d started your internship. Every small interaction with Bucky left a blush on your cheeks and a kaleidoscope of butterflies flitting about your belly.
The thought of someone as absurdly good looking as Bucky fucking Barnes finding you attractive was enough to spark a surge of heat straight to your abdomen.
No, get it together. Now’s not the time.
You mentally scold your vagina for having the nerve to throb at the mere mention of Bucky Barnes regardless of the context and turn your attention back to Pepper and Tony as they argued in hushed whispers.
“What’s happened with Bucky?” You repeat, knowing they likely won’t clue you in if it’s related to Avenger’s business.
Tony offers a nervous smile and exchanges a quick glance with his wife before he checks his watch. “Terminator? He’s fine. I’m sure it’s nothing. Probably holed up with security for setting off the metal detector.” He pauses and then snaps his fingers. “Or maybe he walked past the junkyard on fifth and got snatched up by the hydraulic magnet.” He says, lifting a hand and miming a crane.
Pepper lets out a soft sigh and your gaze flicks to her. “Yeah, a big magnet or something.” She mumbles, turning her attention back to her tablet. “I don’t think that’s-“ Your cut off by Tony’s hand on the small of your back, urging you forward. “Enough about Robocop. We’re on, Rookie.” He says, his nervous expression falling away and quickly being replaced with a mask of professionalism. “Let’s go unveil our project to the press.” Pepper moves to open the door for you both and before you can open your mouth to tell Tony that if he calls you ‘rookie’ one more time you were going to strangle him with his overpriced tie, your senses are overwhelmed with an onslaught of overlapping voices and camera shutters.
Tumblr media
You toss your blazer over the desk in your quaint office and slump over into the chair, trying not to let your mind run wild with anxious thoughts about the press conference. Despite your best efforts you couldn’t help but worry that you probably looked like a deer in headlights up at the podium alongside Tony.
You huff and rest your chin on the back of your hand, glancing over at the computer screens. Your attention is immediately drawn to security footage from one of the conference rooms when you see movement on the monitor. You lean in with your brows furrowed. It’s late and no one should be in the conference room. You expand the image and can clearly make out Tony and Steve moving about the room with tense body language.
You hover over the footage with your mouse and hesitate. You know that you absolutely should not eavesdrop on the two men but once Tony’s hands begin angrily gesturing around you give in to temptation and turn on the audio.
“What the hell do you mean, ‘back up?’” Tony shouts, beginning to pace the room.
Steve leans forward with his palms on the table and his head bowed slightly. “It’s exactly what I said, Tony.” He replies, his biceps flexing as he grips the table. “HYDRA had a fail safe. They’d planted a back up activation incase he would ever manage to be deprogrammed.” He looks up at Tony with a solemn expression. “They got to him. I should’ve been there, I should’ve-“
Tony holds out a hand, his other resting against his temple as he tries to comprehend what Steve is telling him. “Well you weren’t and they did so know we have to figure out how the fuck we navigate this.” He says firmly, shaking his head. “Do we have eyes on him? Is he in the building?”
Steve sighed and stood upright from the table. “No. He’s in the wind. We lost contact with him a few hours ago.” He admits, running a hand through his hair. “But there’s something you need to know.” He adds, looking at Tony with concern as he begins to pace again.
“Well spit it out, Rogers!” Tony yells, stopping and turning back to Steve.
“Nat received some intel. The hit HYDRA ordered is on you and your intern.” He says so quietly you can barely pick it up on the audio. Fear crawls up your spine and your hand trembles as you increase the volume on the security feed, while your heartbeat in your ears becomes near deafening.
Tony stiffens, slowly approaching Steve. “You wanna tell me why?” He asks, his voice low and dangerous. Steve nods. “The new tech you unveiled today.“ He explains.
Tony sighs, understanding why one of their enemies would be threatened by what the two of you had been working on and reaches to loosen his tie. “I’ll take Pepper and move her to the safe house before I meet you at a rendezvous point. Send someone to get my Rookie and get her off the grid. I don’t want her alone for a single second.” He says in an exasperated tone, reaching into his suit jacket and pulling out his cell phone as he stalks towards the door.
“And Rogers?” He asks, turning around one last time, his hand curled tight around the doorknob. Steve’s head snaps up and he looks at Tony with guilt ridden eyes. “Yeah?”
“Find Barnes.”
Find Barnes.
The statement echoes in your ears, sending your thoughts spinning as if a category five hurricane were waging inside your head.
No. No, no, no.
There’s a hit out on you?
To be carried out by the fucking Winter Soldier.
Oh you were so fucked.
You scoot your chair back, bracing your hands on the desk to stand with wobbly knees.
Bile rises in your throat as you take a slow step backwards, bumping the chair in your state of panic and knocking your jacket off the workbench. You jump at the sound of it slipping to the floor and clutch your chest as a result of inducing your own jumpscare and take slow breaths to steel your nerves before you bend down to pick it up. As you rise back upright, your gaze connects with a pair of vacant, icy blue eyes in the shadows across the room and your entire body seizes in terror.
He’s not in the wind.
He’s been in here with you this entire goddamned time.
“B-Bucky?” You stutter, bringing your jacket to your chest and grasping it until your knuckles turn white. Maybe Steve and Tony were wrong. Maybe Nat’s intel was wrong. Maybe this was all a huge misunderstanding and you weren’t about to die at the hands of the ex-assassin you’ve been pining over for nearly a year.
He takes a step forward from the shadows, his face expressionless and his eyes unblinking without a single trace of emotion behind them.
Okay, yeah. You’re fucked.
“Sergeant Barnes?” You whisper, almost a plea to the man you knew, locked away somewhere in the brain of the cold and calculated killer standing in front of you.
He doesn’t speak, doesn’t register your words, as he crosses the lab in a few quick strides and catches your throat in his cybernetic hand.
Oh god.
The air leaves your lungs, his grip tightening around your windpipe as his face remains blank.
You’re going to die.
So why are you so fucking turned on?
Heat pools low in your abdomen, your core flooding with arousal, coupled with fear and unbridled lust.
Your mouth falls open in a silent cry as you gasp and thrash in his grip, your thick thighs rubbing together with every kick and flail, doing nothing to alleviate the throbbing ache in your cunt.
God this is so wrong.
His brows furrow, the first hint of emotion since he stepped out of the shadows. His head tilts inquisitively and his grip slackens around your throat as he leans in, tracing his nose across your jaw line and inhaling deeply. You still, your face contorting in confusion as you swallow hard against his palm, leaning your body into his hold.
His eyes narrow as he pulls away from you and you take the opportunity to suck in a breath, massaging your neck gently while your gaze drops to observe his hands clenching and unclenching into fists at his sides.
“Bucky?” You ask, wondering what’s caused the sudden shift in his demeanor, wondering if maybe he’s somehow snapped out of the trance he’d been in. He’s still and silent for a long moment, his head bowed as his chest rises and falls heavily with every breath.
“Sergeant Barnes, are yo-“
His head snaps up, effectively silencing you.
Your mouth remains agape, stuck on your last word and as he watches you with predatory eyes, taking menacing steps toward you, you can’t seem to find your voice any longer. You stumble backwards, losing your balance and falling back against the desk, unable to regain your footing before his hands grip the flesh of your bare thighs.
He tilts you backwards, your back colliding hard with the surface of the desk, stealing the breath out of your chest. He drops to his knees, splaying his palms against your thighs, the hem of your dress rising up to expose your panties as he spreads your legs wide before him and drags his nose across the fabric.
He groans.
He fucking groans.
“You’re my mission.” He breathes out, eyes wild and fingers digging into the flesh of your thighs as if he were fighting to physically restrain himself.
“I know.” You whimper, lifting your head to look down at him over the soft curve of your stomach.
“I’ve been ordered to kill you.” He chokes out, pressing his forehead against your inner thigh and drawing in a deep and shuddering breath.
“Then why haven’t you?” You ask in a broken whisper.
He turns his head and mumbles something incoherently, his breath ghosting against the damp fabric of your underwear and sending a wave of arousal crashing through your core. He stiffens, curling his flesh hand into a fist and bringing it to his mouth, biting down on his knuckles as he swallows back a moan.
He shakes his head, his teeth pressing into his skin hard enough to draw blood and you move to sit up, leaning on your palms as you look down at him where he’s slotted between your legs, visibly trembling.
He rises quickly to his feet, his left hand shooting out to curl around your neck again and he drops his bloodied flesh hand to his side.
“Because..” He says through clenched teeth, inhaling sharply as the cool metal of his thumb strokes the column of your throat.
“I can’t fucking focus when all I can smell-“
His free hand roughly cups your pussy over your panties, his voice trailing off as he kneads his palm against the thin, wet fabric.
He growls, tightening his grip around your throat and jerking you up to him, forcing you to meet his threatening gaze.
His expression grows pained and he whimpers, dipping his head to meet your forehead with his own, his breath fanning across your face with every heave of his chest.
“All I can smell is how wet you are.”
