Defibrator - Router & Laser Cutting

Complex products are made using router and laser cutting.  Router is a contact-based cutting process that operates in a similar fashion, A computer is programmed for all its function.  A laser beam is used to burn through the material.  A single laser cutting machine can perform multiple cuts across a variety of materials. Router and laser cutting are used for lettering design, logo design, graphic design, engraver and laser cutter for wood signage. 

One of the Router and laser cutting product is MDF. Medium-Density Fiberboard (MDF) materials are made with the help of machine called defibrator. MDF are used for logos and signage. Fibers are made by processing wood chips or other fibrous materials with the help of defibrator. These are also used for racking, storage devices, clocks, picture frames etc.
