Why Scholarship is Important | Scholad
Scholarships are more significant than free money because they consider every student’s specific requirement and extend financial support for their education accordingly. Winning a scholarship is not very difficult — all it takes is some dedication and confidence in your abilities. Every parent should encourage their children to participate in extracurricular and co-curricular activities, depending on their inherent abilities and interests. Not all scholarships revolve around good academic performance; premier international schools also offer scholarships to students exceptionally talented in extracurricular and co-curricular activities. Try to plan your educational scholarship as early as possible. Even if the scholarship amount is less, apply for the scholarship if you believe you are eligible for it. Make sure you’re choosing the right country and place for the scholarship. Conduct extensive research before applying to any institution.
What is Scholad?
Scholad is a haven for students looking for financial aid to support their education. We’re an online resource-house of Scholarships matched to your unique preferences and conditions. Simply create your profile and we recommend Scholarships that you’re eligible for.

The Chadar Trek is known to be one of the most difficult treks of the great Himalayan range of mountains. Starting from the village of Chilling near the city of Leh in Jammu & Kashmir, the Chadar Trek is a winter trek and is undertaken in the months of December to February every year. The trekkers have to walk on the Zanskar river which freezes over during these winter months as the temperatures drop to as low as minus twenty degrees. It has been rated as a ‘Difficult’ trek and is not recommended for novice trekkers. But do not let this disappoint you.
