The Commons at Mossdale Landing

A community park in the middle of a turnabout. There's plenty of grass and a place to sit. The benches are covered by an overhead perfect for hot sunny days. Lovely place! Facilitated to connect hwy 5. The park is very large, perfect for outdoor parties and/or activities. There's also a mini water park and the whole body's fitness course! The park's very cool. The Commons at Mossdale Landings is a beautiful park with many great amenities. A playground in the turnabout area of the neighborhood. There's plenty of grass and a place to sit. The benches have an overhead that is perfect for hot sunny days. Lovely place!

Connecting conveniently off highway 5. The park is very big, ideal for outdoor parties and/or events. There is also a mini water park and a fitness course for the whole body! It's really fun the park. It's a lovely, safe park! There's a huge space that kids love to run around. What a nice place it seems to enjoy both children and even grown-ups. It's a large park with lots of shade trees making it very comfortable. For its size, the park is really packing a big punch. This park has a lot of good qualities. It's really a gift from Lathrop.

Easy to walk the circle. Great place to just get out in the fresh air and relax. Such a variety of things to do here, possibilities definitely endless. Just a lovely park! This park is definitely Lathrop's top park! I recommend that you bring your children to any party, maybe have a picnic, just do a day. It's a great place to really make the sound of nature here if you're quiet and peaceful.

It's perfect for midday walks and seeing an amazing sunset on a good day. It's a perfect summer day park, it's a wonderful children's playground. Can be used for a gathering for kids or for any celebration. Children have a lot of fun and for everyone there is plenty of space. It has children's water fountains, picnic spots, and a perfect setting outdoors.

There are large play fields and beautifully shaded spaces for all ages as well. With young and older children, this is a great park, the little ones will play around while the older ones have time to throw a ball and walk around. It's loved by everyone! What a beautiful park with perfect summer water facilities, as well as the shade, can't get any better.

The Green at Mossdale Landing

What a wonderful park! The playground for water is big and so many kids can run. Wide park with many slides. Several tables for parties. Good fids and plenty of space. Two downsides: wish parents had more space to sit and watch their children, and the lawn always seems to be covered by the rain and filled with cones. It's a dry, lovely little park. Water's role is great. Your pets are the only thing, not everyone washes up and ruins it a bit. Otherwise the bathrooms would be too bad, the grounds would be ruined, and there is always an ice cream truck nearby.

There are water fountains, shade gazebos, and a huge jungle gym will be played by the kids. Because they are relatively new, shade trees are far away and few. Love park. Love park. The mood is relaxed and friendly. Nostalgic with the boys playing cricket. In fact, most of the men are stunning. Even to the police officer, it was sweet. People who are looking for a happy environment may be what you're looking for in this park's fam style. This park is amazing, nice and clean park with all the beautiful and cute water figure playing ground, lovely water park. Recommend this place definitely a lot. Nice place, looks safe as it's near the city hall. Quite good.

For kids with water fountains there's a small play area that my kids love. There is also an area for exercise machines, a playground, a picnic area, a large shaded bbq area. For our boys, Jr Giants, there is a lot of parking. Great place for the kids to cool down. They have a park and there's play in the grass area. It's a park running very well... Not grass out of place. The bathrooms are clean. A good place for walking and playing. Huge, wide open park. With a nice play area and water features, kids will play.

There are shaded picnic tables that can be reserved for birthdays. There are plenty of sitting tables. There are three baseball fields in the park and a large grassy area. Public bathrooms are available and the park is always kept fairly dry. The park is beautiful, basically. Has all of baseball diamonds, fantastic outdoor play set, and even a cricket rig. Yeah, it's just behind the river delta. Walking is good. Fun place to take with the kids. A picnic area, water park, children's playground, basketball court, softball grounds, and plenty of grass fields can be found here. Much to do and a good way to spend the weekend for children.

Grant Line Canal

The Great Canal is just a great walk, clean and safe during the day. Sometimes having a hangout in the afternoon may be too warm because there's not a lot of shade, but make sure you bring water! It's great the canal walk, it links a lot of people, and it's really nice. It can be so quiet at times. It's sometimes a place where you can chill, or even drive yourself. The canal trial is moderate and accessible to anyone. Sometimes during the season, the trail can be very cold! Getting off the ground is a very peaceful and serene place.

To dog walkers, joggers, runners, and even a bike driver, it was a fun trip. During the winter, the river runs beautifully and spring ducks are called home. What a lovely place! This area is enjoyed by many. There are also plenty of useful things in the canal, there are places online where you can check the tide and the weather patterns are really so good and beneficial. There's a great drawbridge to see as well, just so fun! This is such a great place to walk / hike for the dogs. There are several different park options, a larger one and a smaller one. To enjoy the view, nice view and benches. It's never too late, so that you and yourself can really enjoy walking.

For everyone, and even the doggies, one of a great go to places. Highly recommended to really explore for a short hike or even for two. You can explore this somewhere with someone special or even alone, or even with a whole group, just a great time.

While these walks are not necessarily shaded, there is usually a nice breeze to make even the hot summer days a little more comfortable. Don't forget the views around the spring every day! It's like a backyard discovery. To access open spaces, there are several entry points.

The two entry points are generally very clean and clearly marked, so no one gets lost. The room is mostly dirt, but it's easy to follow. There are no toilets on site, sadly, but the trails / channel is quite short, covering only a few miles. To take any family or friends or even both here is still highly recommended for anyone. Such a wonderful place to either relax or even enjoy the greatest gifts of nature. Just a great place to create new memories and a beautiful, serene place in general.
