You are allowed to transtion to your transtrauma identities.
You are allowed to transtion to your transharmed identities.
You are in control of your life. Transtion if you want.
Be safe, of course. Make sure your doing so in a way that does not come with any unintended risks. Make sure you have a good amount of information about your transtion method. Make sure you have consent if anybody else is helping you transtion. Make sure you are sure before making any permanant decisions.
But if you've done all that, go ahead. It doesn't matter if it "harms" you, it your life, live it how you want. You don't have to transtion of course, but it's perfectly okay if you want to.

as someone who's successfully sidestepped multiple anti && troll raids before in various communities , i'd like to give some advice ;
people make bait accounts for various reasons , but most of them boil down to " wanting to start shit " . knowing this , they're pretty easy to get rid of . all you have to do is bore them .
that means be cautious but polite . refuse to engage in discourse , drama , or controversy with them . if you interact with them , do so calmly and unemotionally . answer their questions and claims with accurate , impersonal information and resources .
real newbies will generally appreciate this treatment . bait accounts will not . like , these aren't expert secret agents here ... if they don't get the attention they want , they'll either quit or start showing their true colors . this is the same reason that waiting periods are so effective - 2+ weeks is a long time to keep up the mask , especially if they're bored the whole time .
so just take it slow and be nice ( if not guarded ) . if you're willing to be patient , they'll do all the hard work for you .
