maybe its for the best that i waited this long to rly truly try lose weight
i learned about loose skin and the fact that if i want to look good and not be covered in it i have to lose weight slowly which is something i didnt wanna do before i wanted to like eat nothing when im living out of the house and poor but that would just be shit. so like now i kno its gunna take like 2 years
and that gives me till im 20 which is probably the earliest i could possibly have top surgery Anyway im gonna be living at home for these 2 more years so if i do anything good for once in my life i might be able to do it
and i feel like 18 is when i actually began existing as a human. i cut my hair off and can actually recognize me from 5 minutes ago as myself something ive never been able to do. so it seems like a fitting timeline i guess that id start when my life began. sure it would have been rly cool if i did it before so i could be livin la vida loca as my goal me Now but i just wasnt ready before i just rly hope i am now.
i set up the lose it app with a goal of a pound a week, i also set my cals -500 cuz the app seems to not be offsetting enough for my bmr that any other website calculates so that its set up w the schedule of 1 pound a week and also is accurate to that cal wise instead of just keeping me the same. maybe thats why it didnt work before
but even if lose it is right then id to 2 a week which is pushing it but i highly doubt id ever do that plus 1-2 is generally chill to avoid loose skin
anyway im fuckin hungry and i wish i could sleep but im a fuckin hoe and i slept till 2 pm so ofc i aint asleep at 2 am fuck me

This guide is simply superb! It gave me a lot of tips I’d never even considered before. It covers an array of topics from fitness and eating to clothing.
The writing style is also humorous and reader-friendly, and generally just an enjoyable, informative article.
A definite must-read.

Let's get this straight, girls:
Cardio: Required for fat loss. HIIT is said to be the most effective cardio for fat loss.
Strength/Weight training: Required for toning and definition. You won’t get abs or lean-looking legs without strong muscles. Lift heavy.
Good nutrition: Required for all of the above. Always remember, 70% diet, 30% exercise. Keep your intake in check.
The “Beach Body” requires all three of these elements. No matter how much cardio you do, if you eat like shit and do no strength work, you will not get the toned, lean, slim body you are after. If you eat fantastically, but do zero exercise, your body won’t really do an awful lot of changing.
It’s not easy, but it’s worth it:

These are all pretty basic but a good reference point to start from for anyone looking to build a good chest day workout! Remember when starting out with any fitness routine it’s more important to have good form and focus on your movements rather than on lifting tons of weight! Trust the process and get out there and get fit!
