Your psychological and emotional health always comes first. It doesn't matter if it destroys what you have been working on, the trains comes everyday to pick you up, but if you don't feel like you're ready, it is okey. Its perfectly fine to not feel fine. I wish more people would remind me of this, instead reading quotes that remind me how pathetic I might be.

October is around the corner and halloween's movies of terror are back, yet the only thing I'm scared of is my nightmares.

God, i swear is getting bad again. My anxiety, i can feel it even in my sleep, disturbing my thoughts, bringing my soul to the edge. Just let me drown.
