How they hug <3 (TMR Trio)

Thomas:

• I feel like his hugs would be confusing

• like the reader goes in to hug Thomas and he's just like

• "oh"

• once he realized what you wanted though he would gladly accept

• he's definitely a squeezer though so be careful 🧍

• I feel like he needs a good hug, and he would definitely be the type to put his arms around your waist

• Overall Thomas gives pretty solid hugs (:

Minho:

• Minho hugs hard

• both of his arms around your arms caging them to your sides

• he hugs like an excited toddler 💀

• like your lungs are collapsing, you're hitting him in an attempt to escape

• LITERALLY TRYING TO TAP OUT 😭

• but no, Minho will hold you in that hug until your face is turning blue and the world feels fuzzy

• you might have to go visit the med-jacks just to make sure all your ribs are intact

• but if he's tired??

• OH BOY

• he will hug you so tenderly, and you'd be so tense trying to brace yourself for another broken rib 😭

• eventually though once you'd both settled in it would be very comforting

• I can just picture his arms loosely around your waist, his head resting in the crook of your neck as you draw small patterns on the back of his neck

Newt:

•NEWT GIVES THE BEST HUGS

•This might just be me projecting

• because I love him so so much

• but I just feel like Newt would be an amazing hugger

• his hugs would be warm and firm, very reassuring if he's comforting you (especially if it's book Newt)

• I feel like Newt would wrap his arms around your neck and pull you in, since he's so tall your face would hit his chest/neck and your arms would go around his abdomen

• he would rest his chin on the top of your head

• "how was your day?"

• AHHHHH YOU SEE WHAT IM TALKING ABT???

• just overall such a sweet guy, I feel like he'd be incapable of giving a bad hug

• also since he's an older brother (even if he doesn't remember it :') I just feel like it's almost instinct to be protective

• the hugging style reflections that tbh, the way he's almost sheltering you 😭
