If you're on mobile, the way to make a post unreblogabble is by editing the original, going to the 3 dots at the top, going to the option that says 'who can reblog' and changing 'Everyone' to 'No one' (And sorry for reblogging that post)
sorry anon but the things stopping me are:
tumblr will always be a browser only site for me
Fig. 1. I'm stuck in old editor when editing post, potentially because the post is Old. this does not work because only new post editor has reblog controls.
Fig. 2. I can use a workaround of opening the post from the inbox page by sending it to myself in messenger to open it with new post editor (this only works from inbox page that I've discovered) but that wont let me save the post so it's useless
trying to submit a help form or whatever left me on an infinite loading screen so I've given up and accepted my fate here. they just dont like my tumblr account. I'll be learning my lesson and never posting anything to do with kh again.
ty for enjoying my post though and for your attempt to save me from the darkness while simultaneously pushing me further in
[edit: march 21] my like 4th attempt at sending in a support ticket actually went through.
im genuinely just blocking anyone who likes or shares it at this point.
@ the anon I also blocked who said "just delete the post so you don't get notifs" the issue for me is not that I don't want to see the notifications. it's that i want to have control over the spread of things that i have made, and deleting the post removes the little control i still have on old posts, since others will still be free to share it. It's fine if you do not care where your posts go, but this is something that matters to me, which is why I have been trying to do something about it.
