Leadership

Being in the Army for 23 years has given me the ability to think rationally, forward think future problems, and to lead people when adversity is heavy. The Army has taught me much about management, but there are areas in the Army that fail to foster the best situation when planning operations. Although, the military decision-making process (MDMP) has filled much of that void, decision-making as a whole is not a well-crafted art form where critical thinking is fostered and developed before soldiers enter into leadership positions.
