Drew a hair progression guide for Ambrose from act 1 - 3, + his hair in the epilogue/after ! I don’t know if it comes across well but his epilogue hairstyle is an attempt at giving him short butterfly locs 🥲 hopefully I’ll get better at drawing them with practice lol

I also included screenshots of his profile, for those curious about what he looks like in game! They were taken in act 2. I definitely exaggerated his hair growth a bit.. but tbh there’s not much difference between the shorter and slightly longer buzz cut looks for my taste :P

I imagine he changes his hairstyle in the epilogue a lot, experimenting with different looks and generally just having fun with his longer hair— Especially because the short buzz has been his only style and length for the majority of his life.

I’m falling back into my mlp obsession— help me 💀

Main text reads:

- the tallest of the races, earth ponies can be characterized by sturdy legs, thick necks, and classically horse-like ears.

- most earth pony coats are simple; colors are typically two-tone and relatively natural.

- earth ponies most commonly wear their hair up, and tails short.

- While technically “magic-less”, earth ponies have a deep connection with nature and the earth, and most are able to tell whether a forest or natural area is sick or unhealthy.

- Earth ponies are also the most intuitive of the races, with a more developed "sixth sense" regarding danger or emotions. (addendum; pinkie pie's "pinkie sense" is much more developed/powerful than you would usually see, and such a strong sixth sense is largely unheard of.)

Subtext reads:

- common for ponies to wear leg wraps during manual labour. (addendum; this holds true for all ponies, regardless of race.)

had a go at redesigning Charlie from Hazbin hotel :)

I wanted her limbs (especially arms) to be a little longer than usual.. hopefully make her a bit weird to look at lol

Also tried to include softer, rounder shapes… her original design is very sharp and angular, which personally throws me off because it feel very much antithetical to what I imagine her shape language to be

Hey guys! I’m opening some emergency commissions atm, and any support you can offer would so so appreciated ♥️

I recently got cut off by my family, which is. Very bad. Especially because I heavily relied on my parents financially— I am now left without a car, without a large portion of my loans, and no place to live next semester.

Luckily, I have till the end of this semester to figure out my future living situation, but that also means I need to make money so I can actually afford to rent a place, pay the deposits/fees, and etc. especially because I will be living with my dog.

Ok on a hobbit kick and haven’t been able to get the idea of hobbits using large dogs for mounts. So here’s a lil thing lol.

Text:

1; “saddles” are typically a simply blanket, though bareback riding is common. 2; dogs are trained to move according to leg, weight, and sound signals. (Adding: this removes the need for reigns or other control mechanisms)

3; dogs are used for fast travel, and/or minimal work. Ponies are used for harder labor. (Adding: for example, ponies would be used for plowing, pulling carriages, carrying large loads, etc. dogs would be used for work that requires swift movement and/or light loads such as relaying messages, carrying light loads, managing herds of farm animals, and etc.)

4; most commonly used for farm work, and are especially valuable for the ability to work both with and without a rider on their back. (Adding: So they can be both a mount and your classic working dog.)

her name is paeonia proudfoot! I imagine the proudfeet to be stoor hobbits, which tbf doesn’t have much bearing on how I typically draw hobbits but I did make paeonia a bit hairier than others, as well as make her feet and hands slightly larger than usual.

Been messing abt with hobbit character designs 🧐 this particular page I found a lot of inspiration in trad. Russian clothing. (Tho it might not show lol)

also came up with a lot of hobbit culture headcannons, so. I might do a lil thing for those sometime.
