I might be the stupid but a poor man but i see oppuuinty and I might be smart, but great risk and great rewards...
Saw an intersting idea....
Some how get a loan for 100k(usd) use it to create a income.
Over the course of two months Get around 108k(usd) in rewards over plus the orginal 100k (usd) deposit.
The biggest hurdles are that.
1) I'm unemploymed currently so...
1.2) getting a loan of 168k nzd. (largest i saw was 100k but maybe I could get more?
1.3) as I am not working the taxes are lower as the reward would be on top of my income salary for New Zealand tax system.
2) taxes on the reward of 108k usd/168k nzd (128k nzd after tax) so I would be able to pay back to loan.
3) if i wish to repay it faster than 1 year for example but I could also set the term to five years for example, but as it's 2 months tonget enough capital set it to a year and use the first two months reward to pay the loan, and use the deposit again to be freehold, then use that reward to restart the process.
I wonder if I can even get a loan that big?
What happenes if it goes to shit?
