been thinking a lot about anticipatory grief lately. i love you so much that i know losing you will devastate me. i haven't lost you yet but i already miss you. we still have time, but it won't be enough. i think about what i would say at your funeral, and say some of it to you now cause i need you to know how loved you are before you go. you will go where i cannot follow, but you will never really leave me. it won't make it hurt less but it is a part of healing somehow.

I just need to vent I guess... I haven't been here for a looooong time lmao but I just really need to get this off my chest because I can't talk to anyone about this anymore.

So this man and I...
I know we're not dating, we're barely even friends although we sleep together regularly. He says he loves me, that he really cares, he doesn't want to hurt me, ever.
Except, he doesn't love me, he says that so he can keep using me (and I let him, I love him). He doesn't care, if he did he wouldn't openly try to flirt with other women in front of my face (he even used to do it while we were still dating). He's hurt me the most out of every former lover who's ever hurt me because he can't let me let go of him.
Every time I try to move on from him, he comes right back and does or says something he knows I can't say no to. He will look at me sweetly, kiss my cheek, hold me like he'll die if he lets go, kiss me with the same fierceness of our first kiss. And I just buckle and bend over backwards to try and keep all of that for as long as I can. So that for a few hours I can pretend nothing changed.
Anyway, I guess I won the game of "I love you more"s, turns out it was always me who loved him more. And because of that, who knows how much longer I will let him back in my bed?
I don't want to love him anymore.

Every time I get groceries I’m always appalled at how little you can get for like, $20. I was making banana pudding so I needed vanilla wafers but the brand name nilla wafers cost $4 a box. The minimum wage in my state is $7.25/hr. My friend put it really well when he said “imagine you work for an hour and someone hands you two boxes of nilla wafers and said ‘actually this is a bit more than what I owe you’”
